It would be nice, I suppose, if they spoke English. But interpreters exists, so... Anyway, they'd be a good representative for the large percentage of Americans who don't speak English. They need representation, right?

But one of the biggest advantages would be that they would unlikely be in the pocket of any big corporations or big-money campaign money donors. Actually, if it was random, then there wouldn't be any campaigning at all -- at least not for President, anyway.

Even after the Trump debacle, it might be worth trying. But nothing is harder than campaign reform because the people expected to do the reforming are the ones who benefited the most from the status quo.

An interesting idea..might end up being a quagmire, but ya never know.

I think the 2 party deal, is a big problem. We have 3 main, a few others that get some votes..we often end up with minority govts. Shared power, generally nothing too crazy will happen, unless the parties sharing power have the same vision..that's fairly rare.

Maricopa County in Arizona has found through forensic audit that many thousands of ballots are missing from boxes, some visually missing upto 20% of the contents. Arizona reported/certified 2.1 million ballots with Biden/Harris winning by just under 11K which is @ 0.05% of the total. Just 5% of 2.1M is 105K. If there are in total 0.05% of the 2.1M ballots missing, the State Senate can't say with certainty who is victorious. This should lead to de-certification. In order for Arizona to certify its election results, 100% of its County's have to be certified. As such, all States must be certified in order to declare a winner overall.

Speculation from here, with no duly elected President in office, 1. All States audit and re-certify and a winner is declared ? 2. New elections ? 3. Marshall law with the military running the Country in the meantime. 4. Bad civil unrest.
