I wouldn't say never, it depends on the individual, talent and physical strength. Sabine Schmitz was one of those. She recently left us but I will keep her in my heart as my hero forever. She almost beat Jeremy Clarkson Jaguar Type-S round on the Nüremburgring with a Ford Transit.

A #ing Ford Transit. She lost by 8 seconds on a 20,7km long distance.

NOBODY has an issue with real peeps competing. I used to love Lyn St. James and Shirley Muldowney. Not cuz they were women, but cuz they were awesome.

If you had the Hans device you would have been fine.

My money ist still on Li Wenwen 330 kg against Hubbard's average 280 kg

But if you're transgender and you want people to be less against that and not hate you for it you maybe shouldn't do professional sports.

If she wins people will totally hate her and by extension be even more against transgender.
If she loses people will totally hate her and ridicule her and by extension all transgenders.
A little common sense and maybe get accepted first and test the limits afterwards.

Maybe she likes being hated?

Loves Sabine, but racing is not really as good an indicator of sporting difference as say track and field.

....there will never be a women who transitioned to a man that will ever win a gold in any male tournament.

Conversely, males who transition to female will dominate the women's division.

I wouldn't go that far.

It all depends on the sport.

There are some sports that women are just better at than men.

And some that are equal.

"There are some sports that women are just better at than men."

LOL

Which ones ?

Dangerous half knowledge. You really didn't drive a race car in a 4h endurance races on Nüremburgring. I wouldn't have been fine, you still need neck training even as a man.

Your sentence is based on dangerous half knowledge. I had a HANS, it isn't for what you think it is. Yes it will restrain the helmet on braking maneuvers and keep it tethered, but really it's intended for protecting your neck during impacts.

And it's not like I could decide since it's mandatory to have this. What do you know about 4h races on Nüremburgring to tell me

If you had the Hans device you would have been fine.

lol serious

What i don't get is, with all the hormone therapy and crap, shouldn't that immediately disbar them from participating in Olympic events? Don't they have doping regulations? How can intense hormone therapy not fall under the same category as steroids?

In theory it should.

But then the sport isn't woke / racist / homophobic, but at least it would be racist. Since everything is racist today.

I agree but base on that other post I think you underestimate the physical factor. Sure it's a team sport, it depends on the machine, too. It's still 50-60°C inside the cabin, even in my own track tool I reach 40° in no time.

My first race, left foot was unusable during the last few rounds, was just flinging around because of the physical strain and that's not a thing solely for women. One race is four hours, I don't know what races you are used too but it's called endurance race for a reason

It looked pretty white to me...i guess white male trans privilege outweighes racism in PC land? All those black female athletes...there lives only matter when white trannies aren't involved.

I can't actually think of any specific sport, but there are many many different types of sports. Not all are solely physical.

It all comes down to physics in the end, in every sport. After you subtract the tactical, money and psychical factors, it's always going to be physics.

We can only try to make up the differences with more talent, work and training. This is why I turned down, and the team was of the same opinion for an upcoming race, I am better of @ the telemetry and caring for the engine.

I just can't swap a tire in seconds or take out a transmission in minutes, because the thing would just crush me.

Edit/Add: The event I talk in this post is upcoming, the races I drove were years ago. I didn't left the driver seat to man telemetrics, we didn't have telemetrics back then. I quit because I got pregnant and it was just too dangerous.

Men and women compete head to head in the equine events because the gross physicality is covered by the horse. On the rest, they are on par.

Whew! I'm glad I read this. They were about to lock me away in the sanitarium for thinking I was Julius Caesar. I told them I suddenly realized I was actually a female weightlifter - now I'm going to the Olympics!

Ultra long distance swimming and dressage (equine event)

People also ask
What is the farthest anyone has ever swam?
139.8 miles
The longest distance ever swum without flippers in open sea is 225 km (139.8 miles) by Veljko Rogošić (Croatia) across the Adriatic Sea from Grado to Riccione (both Italy) from 29-31 August 2006. The attempt took him 50 hours 10 mins.31 Aug 2006

That takes care of the ultra long distance.

And for the sake of clarity, dressage is not a sport in which speed, strength, hand - eye coordination or reflexes are a factor which is what I base my critique on.

All the major sports(not dressage or synchronized swimming) which mostly doesn't rely on a panel of judges for interpretation.

Has there ever been a woman in f1?

It's pretty cool that you raced, did you ever do rally?
I know there are women drivers that will drive me scared #less but at the end of the day even in motorsport men and women compete separately or none of the women ever dominate if it's mixed.

That's just a fact.
