Good luck getting the majority of the USA to do any lock downs again anytime soon.
It is hoped that with 80% of the population, or more, vaccinated, that herd immunity will be established quickly with minimal side effects or adverse reactions, and lock-downs will no longer be necessary.
That may be your opinion. My opinion is lock down is wholly unnecessary.

You know what's truly funny? Since seeing a member post the video turbo encabulator, all of your posts read exactly like the script of "the turbo encabulator".
In other words, no one can really take anything you say in a serious manner.
Please continue though. The sequels you provide to "the turbo encabulator" are a nice distraction from the excuses by all countries flouting the lockdowns as necessary, when all they do is make more people die or suffer other hardships related to the false salvation that lockdowns bring.
I suppose that science sounds all 'sciency' and overly 'technical' to those that aren't familiar with the terminology.
According to the Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Research Center Dashboard, 294,630,899 doses of vaccine have been administered in the USA. So that is nearly the entire US population of 332,794,872 that has received at least one dose.
This is probably why the mask restrictions have been relaxed by the CDC and the lock-downs are over/ending, because the US government and medical authorities consider that herd immunity has been attained.
And here you are, seemingly unaware that the doom porn didn't happen, and that the the situation is over, and showing in an online forum that you also don't quite understand the terminology.

Sorry dolt, you (and your beloved mainstream media) have failed. Nobody’s buying what you’re shoveling
(Especially the lie that 80% of ANY population has been vaccinated for the China virus, those numbers come from where?
That’s right. They’re as “credible” as the China virus death numbers - not at all)

Yet another verification that a common Coronavirus cold can give a person immunity to this virus. I guess the common cold is not so common in an area like Brazil though. Here, most people get a cold. They came out with this information long ago yet kept screwing up our lives. Maybe kids are more immune because they passed the cold around in school so much.

That method they are talking about is only triggering the already present function to be ready. Note one thing, the common cold does trigger our bodies to fight cancer because it targets cells that are more active. Not tumors, just cancer. So, we trigger this response after we get the cold and the cold has attacked any small cancer clusters when we get the cold...what happens with cancer rates if nobody gets a cold?

Yes we all know how everyone only ever gets a cold once in their life and then they have immunity.
But is that what this article is saying, or are they looking to develop vaccines that cover a broader number of coronaviri?

Hundreds of thousands of mom and pop small businesses going bankrupt is comics to you? Say it ain't so, mister. Say it ain't so. Lock down is fun and games to you. It ain't fun and games to millions of people. How inconsiderate of your remarks.

US didn't have much of a lock down. Only very briefly in some states last year. By comparison, Canada's lock down is much longer and much stricter. Ontario for example is still locked down after more than a year.

Does the cold cure the cancer or does the immune response cure it?
Because in the first instance, the cold viruses would still exist (in fact, the specific viruses are chosen and even genomically engineered experimentally to fight cancers, like the Delta 24 virus, which is an adenovirus that causes cold, not a coronavirus), and in the second, the immune response would be the same, or better.
So, I really don't particularly see a down side at the moment, as far as what we know.

They have also found that Coronaviruses can cause the destruction of cancer, but the adenoviruses tend to be a little more agressive. Also, if you clear the cold quickly and do not get any symptoms, it does not have enough time to target the cancer. Boosting the cycle would cause an almost immediate immune response to the virus. The adenoviruses tend to help fight some cancers, and other viruses fight other kinds. Just like different cancers need different chemo meds or immunotherapy meds.
