Definitely not civilian use. Not in the US at least. Sure if you had the bread you could form 1 one, otherwise you'd have to be an 07/02 licenced manufacturer to play with stuff like that.

As the technology advances, perhaps soldiers would just refuse to set foot on the battlefield. A contorted deterrent that could perhaps end wars.

Robots will be our military future, and if they become invincible on both sides, then why fight?
