That was me reminding you that the reason you're having 'audits' is because I was correct when I predicted who would win the election and that the subsequent court cases would amount to nothing. Just like this 'reinstatement' thing will amount to more nothing.

I don't think they'll reinstate Trump, but Biden could go down in history as the first president proven to have been elected by fraud.

(He's probably not the first one to get elected by fraud. But it would be interesting if he ends up being the first to be proven to have been.)


It's possible that Biden AND Harris would be immediately dismissed, and Nancy Pelosi becomes (the first female) president until the next election.

There is no Constitutional process for 'dismissal', just like there isn't one for 'reinstatement'. You either have impeachment or the 25th Amendment.

I think a lot of people need to see past their emotions. I voted for Trump and agreed with many (not all) of his policies. By bringing Trump back isn't going to resolve any of the problems that caused this mess. If Trump was reinstated would he be able to fix any issue of fraud if discovered? The answer is no. As I stated the system is so corrupt the courts won't do anything and the legislative branch is only looking out for each other regardless of party, they will stall and slow walk any potential fix in the meantime working behind the scenes to screw the people even more. The attacks on him will only just continue and the divide will widen.

The other main issue is the fact that the country is split more than any time in history. Trump was a polarizing figure that many hated and their is no fixing that regardless of what evidence is found because they just will not believe it. Is it really in the best interests of the country to bring him back? Again the answer is no. I think his role needs to be someone that can help shed light on what he knew and why certain decisions were made that helped to expose the bad actors. Again that can only happen after the military would take over. Its just my opinion that if the military doesn't take over and make mass arrests or the country is lost forever. It is now or never to try and correct the damage that has been done for well over 100 years. There is no going back to the way things were and its my opinion things are going to get really ugly before things are fixed.

I believe the military knows all of what happened and these audits are just to legitimately show the people what went on before they take action. The only way the military will move forward is if they know the majority of the people agree with the reason for taking those steps.

What you say is frightening, as then only extra-constitutional actions are possible, and that means zero control, a bunch of people possibly getting hurt, and property damage galore (revolution?).

I would rather they find some legal way to proceed, but I doubt the founders ever imagined that the republic would get this effed up. Or did they? Sucks.

It will probably go to the Supreme Court, and there will be much wailing, and gnashing of teeth.

But I think even though the court leans conservative, they're not exactly Trump's cronies, so they'll probably take a more or less literal view of the Constitution.

Someone needs to set up a bet in Vegas.

There is a 'legal way' to remove a President/Vice-President, it just ain't happening and it certainly won't be because of this stuff going on.

AZ Audit – Recount FINISHES Next Week: Whats Next?!

This recount is simply counting the number of physical ballots -- both by hand and by machine. It is not counting and tallying the votes, which has already been done.

Nothing definite about what happens next. Nothing about what the Senate is planning to do to enforce the subpoenas. There is talk about issuing new subpoenas, but I would assume only for new requests for information not included in the original subpoenas, which are still valid.
