Just a one day to go - which Cyberpunk 2077 lifepath will you chose first, have you decided yet? Personally, I´ll go for Corp:

I am going Nomad, I think. But honestly probably won't play it for a week or so hoping some bugs get fixed. No hurry here, just gonna play ESO while I wait.

Seriously, why are you guys so hyped up about this game?

I mean, it looks like an alright game, I guess.

But why would I abandon grinding RDO to invest in this game... specifically?

Inquiring minds want to know.

No reason other than the story and deep RPG structure of the game , plus it has Keanu Reeves in it which RDO doesn't.

If you like first person RPG's set in a dystopian future then this ticks the box's.

I am still torn between Corpo and Nomad. I will end up playing both anyway, but it's still a tough choice to make. I like Nomad because you start outside of the city, which reminds me of Fallout New Vegas. I think it will make finally getting to the city that much better. Hopefully the day 1 patch isn't huge because my internet is slow (1.2MB/s)

I may go with city kid just because it seems like no one else wants to.

Although if the game is good enough, I'll likely end up playing through each one at least once.

Because truly quality single player RPGs are rare anymore. Most of the big game designers have decided that no one wants them, in order to focus on games as service models which the single player RPG doesn't lend itself well to.

My parents would say quite a bit about me playing a game with a dildo bat as potential weapon reward.

What they don't know won't hurt them. Some of my favorite Sheperds were gang kids.

1) Huge game been in development since 2012 by the people behind Witcher 3.
2) I´m a fan of Syd Mead´ish art style and Blade Runner futuristic dystopia sci-fi.
3) Choices in the game affects and changes your story - loved this since I played KOTOR.

All of them, but Street Kid or Nomad first.

This game is a buggy ass mess.

It's like CDPR learned nothing from Bethesda's FO76 debacle.

PS5 version is not released for a couple of months, hopefully most of the bugs have been sorted out by then - I can wait.

The PS4 version gets an immediate upgrade on installation, and early next year the full upgrade to PS5 will be in a patch/DLC for free.

Not sure what I'll choose, waiting for the delivery from Amazon. 11 am here now and the delivery time is anywhere between now and 11PM!
