400m in loans against over a billion in real estate ownership is not much at all.
If someone had a $1m home and had $400k left on the mortgage, they'd be in a healthy position, not worrying about how to corruptly gather cash to pay off their debt.

Trump's position is even healthier - he could literally just sell off a couple of assets and clear his entire debt - still being left with hundreds of millions in assets.

Well that is all and good, but would you expect a 50k a month job in a country you don't live in or speak the language with the history Hunter has? And even that I think is OK that he is using his dad's name to make money as that isn't illegal, but as we look closer we see old dad actually getting involved as VP with all the powers of the Administration to protect his son, and it seems making money too (millions) on the side from some oligarchs in the process, so his son is just the start that goes down a dangerous path for the acting VP to abused his position.

It is just insane that the left wanted to impeach the President for even suggesting an investigation into all of this while having a nothing to see here look to the actual events Biden and son are a part of...Its like we are living in a upside down world right now.
