Hey folk, I have over 2 decades of non profit experience, but I'm one step away from the knowledge you are looking for, which suggests I might have something to offer. Sadly I'm having difficulty logging in. I will continue to try.

I asked that question when this news first broke.
I got no response then and I guess if the guys don't know who he is then he hasn't been in touch.
Shame.
I just hope something can be sorted out.

Good luck trying to go the non-prof route. This forum meets none of the requirements.
I was the secretary for a 501(c)(3) horse rescue group for many years, so I'm familiar with the process.

Your root problem to my eyes is in order to achieve any semblance of financing members need to break their privacy - knowing ATS as an ex Mod Ill tell you some hope there in gathering any significant numbers.
ATS thrived on the blind faith that it was all secret - members claiming vast wealth were never going to be called out as we never knew who they were.
Welcome to the Catch22 scenario and good luck on that.

So I've seen the expense side of $25k per month. Has the revenue side been disclosed? Regardless, I'm assuming a significant delta. If that's the case, what viable revenue model are you guys exploring that would make any 'significant' investment make sense?
