Did you get whooping cough/measels shot ?
I was told to get it or else I could not get close to my grand daughter ( due in about 3 or 4 weeks ).

😏

All's good. Thanx for the thought. Being an ex state, territory and Fed Gov employee, 7 kids, I'm pretty well covered for everything. Haha. (and a bottle o' rum)

Kind regards,

Bally

All is fine and thanx all for the well wishes. Sorry but I have been at work and monitoring progress.

Boy with the name of Harley, 9 and a half pounds had to be delivered through C section.

Mother is resting. I was keeping in touch with Truey with regards my young lady. Waiting to hear the young mums voice that she is okay. The wee lad is being looked after.

Will update after a snooze.

Kind regards to sheddites,

Bally

Welcome to the world sweet Harley! May your life be long and beautiful. Love, Auntie Night Star.

Bally, so very happy for you and the family. I was just about to leave for an appointment and had to check here one last time. Glad I did! Congratulations Grandpa!

Thank you. Feeling pretty chuffed. Young lady will remain in hospital for a couple of days after the C section. Nanny (Truey) comes home later today so I have some rushed cleaning up to do. The fairies, doggies and I got a little inebriated last night. Blankets, cushions, ashtrays, bottle and glasses in the lounge room near the fire place and T.V.

Very nearly bought some stuffs from the shopping channel. Dangerous that show.

Kind regards,

Bally

Welcome to Planet Earth Harley

...had to be delivered through C section.
That sucks, best wishes to the new Mum.

really you are blaming it on the pooch? I can see the fairies and you but the dog, tsk tsk.

I hope you got that swept under the rug. What is it with men? "I am gonna mess every thing up so it looks like I feel inside"
How many ashtrays and glasses can a person use?
Cheers Gramps
Seven, 7 kids?

Sometimes, every now and then. I'll ask myself "Why am I watching this?"

But, I will watch it (arguably fascinated almost like a kid again). Then give my inner child a telling off for taking control of the adult in me.

This video was one of those videos

PS: Congrats to you Bally001

Haha! Sounds like you had a grand old time with the doggies and faeries.

Having to clean up after is the sucky part.

You know we will want to see pics of precious Harley. Cool name by the way!

I had a torture session today, not at all like like my first leg procedure. Today my back and left knee left me in agony as I had to lay there for so long without moving. They worked on my right leg and I don't know if they had to move a move a vein or something, they numb you first, then stick some small tube up in your leg, burn the vein and glue it. The first procedure only took about 55 minutes and wasn't bad at all. Today was at least two hours!

Today...OMG, my back and left knee were in agony and they had to give me more numbing medicine in a different area on the right leg because it hurt so much. My Sister felt so bad for me. Hell, I felt bad for myself.

More procedures and ultra sounds coming up. With all the pain I have had for so many years and going through so much...getting hit by a minivan, having spinal stenosis which hurts like hell, having cancer and all the crap I have been going through physically, especially since last October, I don't know how I ever made it this far. See, we Sheddites really are warriors. True story.

Hot and humid, but I'm cool and comfy. Just got out of the tub of rose scented bubble bath and lavender bath oil.

Going to sit back, relax and watch movies for a while.

Wishing you all, love, peace and joy.

Wow, very sorry to hear, no words and cannot even imagine your agony and long battle. That makes my military adventures & injuries pale in comparison. The worse for me is the occasional chronic back pain due to twisted sciatic nerve injury from long ago. Impossible to find a position that eases the pain and my whole left side will go numb for a few days and then disappear, sometimes for years until the next unexpected time. I usually turn into an alcoholic for about a week.

Happy Caturday!
