Which means containment is impossible. You pretty much have to act like everyone has it. Remember it can spread asymptomatic, it’s camouflage. I would not be in L.A right now. The world we are living in this Saturday, won’t be the same next Saturday.
Stay safe.
Once the level of infection reaches a critical point, I would think.

Your homemade mask ain't gonna cut it.
If you are healthy, there is not thought to be any additional benefit to wearing a mask yourself because the mask is not airtight and does not necessarily prevent breathing in of these viral particles, which are very tiny,"
"Most people who do not work in a health care setting have not received training on how to put on and take off the masks properly. Doing this incorrectly can actually increase your risk of infection. Also, people who are wearing masks tend to touch their face more than those who are not, which can paradoxically result in an increased risk of infection as well," says Dr. Rajapakse.

I've had to watch my 5yr old son go from having all the energy in the world to not moving, not eating, hardly drinking or urinating. His temperature wouldn't go below the 40's and at its highest was 42.3 which caused vomiting, I watched him hallucinating and crying from the headache, being taken to hospital by ambulance to be put in isolation pods and be swapped for the virus and confirmed positive. He lay in the hospital bed and asked me if he was going to die - as a mother that is heartbreaking 😭💔 his blood sugar levels were only 3.7, his respiratory rate was 18-20 and his heart rate was 180, the sweat was pouring out of him but he was shivering, he was panting for breath and he had photophobia. As his mom and not being able to do anything for him has been one of the worst experiences of my life. So please, just stay in for a little while, so what if you can't do all your normal things, the sooner everybody does social distancing, the sooner it will be over.

Our German members deboarcher...(sorry for bad spelling) summed up nicely how in where he is it's ok to go to work and spread germs between 6am and 6pm but once home You're under strict quarantine, the old the show must go on, at the expense of those of us that make up the cogs in the wheel.
Well...
Update:
Maybe it is because Germany's CFR is still the lowest of anywhere else - though it has risen a tiny bit in the last couple of days - was 0.2% for a long time, has risen to about 0.33% as of now?

Ok.
Erin Banco @ErinBanco At least four nurses and doctors working on coronavirus in NYC told me that Friday was the first day they really felt overwhelmed with patients, many of whom were otherwise healthy and under 40 yrs old. 3:30 PM · Mar 21, 2020·Twitter Web App One nurse I spoke to said the population she's seen in her hospital with COVID19 are NOT majority over 65. There is a real mix. Worried people are coming to the hospital too late, when symptoms are bad A warning from all of them: Younger, healthy people need to take these lockdowns seriously. Not just for the old, more vulnerable folks. Young people are dying, too.

Wow, really sad. Looks like a healthy young person, and the advice from Doctors advising ‘not at risk’ would suggest no pre existing medical conditions.
I think it’s time the public had full disclosure on what exactly this thing is, and where it emanated from. Have never heard of the flu killing someone healthy within 4 days before, not to mention killing many more and leaving others requiring bubble air bags in critical condition. If we had known it may have saved life through people taking this more seriously / save lives to help people take it more seriously.
PS. Please don’t quote me ‘official’ figures or how this stacks up against influenza.

A shocking day here in the UK for me.
Last night Boris supposedly made all pubs, cafes and restaurants and gyms closed from hereon. Well, a LOT are flouting the rules. It may look quiet in central London on tv, but that is not the reality for much of the UK. I haven't been out, i'm self isolating for now, it seems too risky and have prepped fine enough.
But the pictures I am seeing online and chatter amongst people is insanity. People meeting in the park for walks/gatherings, people going to packed beaches as it's sunny, people driving to Devon and Cornwall for holidays, packed caravan parks - it is simply staggering. It looks like bank holiday weekend in some pictures!
I can't get my head around it. We are on track for being ahead of Italy now in the numbers and I don't understand.
Partly, I blame our stupid government for telling us all to sing 'Happy Birthday' whilst washing our hands for weeks! He didn't say and hasn't yet really, said the truth. The fact this virus is pretty deadly for some and often results in pneumonia! Even with the Italian doctors basically begging us to shutdown, stay in etc we are not listening and I am horrified, frankly.
I thought I would share some posts:
This one is a Facebook post from a woman whose 5 year old boy is ill with confirmed coronavirus:
