Well it was bound to happen.

Mason Trever Toney killed his boss a pro Trump supporter with a concrete trowel after a political argument. I’d be willing to bet the subject was impeachment

Coworkers said that they were friends and got along well. Then today they heard Knight yelling for help and found Toney stabbing him repeatedly.

Toney fled the scene but was apprehended shortly there after. Before he left he threw a new American flag next to the body. Workers told police no one knew where it came from . But Toney had brought a backpack which was unusual.

Because he apparently brought the flag with him and then threw it at knight’s body. It sounds like it was premeditated and he wanted to make a statement .

If I had to guess his political affiliation. It would have to be some version of liberal socialist.

Someone like the 3% or‘s or oath keepers wouldn’t have treated the flag like that.

If the argument was over impeachment I want to hear it

Well... Not to take away from the seriousness of this... But it did happen in Florida.

Different breed down there.

I don't see anything that says the argument was political in nature. That said, this statement suggests that Toney was not well in the head:

Toney is anti-government and "very out spoken about his beliefs that the government is bad and out to get him,"

It truly is sad to see the state of things these days. Prayers for the family.

I automatically assume there is left out context in Florida stories.

Like this one... I wouldn't be surprised if they boofed some bath salts on lunch break and then things escelated from there.

Central Florida at that . I knew a bunch of those rednecks and they made normal redneck look tame.

Polk county is always the butt of the white trash jokes . According to the article the incident happened on Florida turnpike near Orlando .

Guess where that puts it .

The probability that the argument was over the impeachment process has really put my tail in a knot.

The Democrats make up crap about conservatives protesting Virginia’s gun laws. Preaching impending doom and the media echoes the cries to vilify us .

Nothing happens

When the democrats create fantasies about Trump the media jump’s on the bandwagon .

Guess what?

Conservatives die .

If impeachment is the motive.

We’ll barely hear a whisper .

Yep I thought it was a Southerner before I read the thread as he has two first names. That's because mom doesn't know who the real daddy was. That's SOP down here.

Give him the death penalty and carry it out sooner rather than later.

I looked through several links .

Here you go.

source

You can Google it too. Just about every article said the same thing .

Plus I kind of doubt a American flag would be involved if they were arguing over a parking spot . (Jk)

All joking aside... It disgusts me when someone takes something past words over ideology.

Everyone has their own, and many of us are deeply convicted. That's what makes this country phenomenal. I know we have a lot more leeway than other western countries as far as speech is concerned and I want to keep it that way.

Any asshat who can't handle different opinions past words needs some time out in a no freedom cell. Funny thing is they'll see a whole spectrum of unsavory ideology there they'll have no choice to tolerate.... If they don't, it will just get force-fed to them... In the mouth if they're lucky.

They’re not that bad .

Rednecks are great people they’ll stay loyal .
Give you anything they have .
Watch over your family.
Fight with you/for you at the drop of a hat .
Invite you to the house for supper .
Bail you out of jail.

All you have to do is “be on their side” .

It won't end there.

After the Senate trial, there will be bloodshed.

After the election, there will be bloodshed.

The problem occurs when ideology crosses the line to obsession .

There’s nothing wrong with obsessions everybody’s got them .

But when a damaged person gets obsessed .

They end up damaging everything around them .

Passion vs obsession.

Or really when someone takes it to an evangelical point where they think they're saving someone or humanity. That's all fine and dandy until you start getting forceful. Then it's a controlling problem.

I have a theory that lower elevation and humidity affects the mind. Based on nothing but the “Florida man syndrome”.

In Florida there's a hotly debated e-verify debate roaring right now.

My guess is that the boss and employee were arguing over legally and illegally employed people, and the impacts.

It tends to get people very wound.

In the current environment I think Chicken Little Syndrome is one of the best ways to describe countries current situation . The media and the Democrats have made a significant segment of the population terrified of Trump. The Global Warming dogma is enough in itself. They think millions are going to die because of trumps actions or inactions .

Chicken little syndrome (from memory ) is a overpowering claustrophobic like fear that completely envelops people .

It becomes a obsession .

Which leads people to drastically irrational behavior . Such as forceful attempts to “enlighten” people to their delusion . Rationalizing those attempts as good because they’re only trying to “help” save them from the imaginary impending doom .

They end up having no off switch .

Fear is fear, but fear in large groups of people is terrifying .

I was once threatened to be taken to a psych ward, I should've said 'screw that, send me to Florida.'

Down under it's called 'mango madness' but the rest of the world calls it seasonal affective disorder. given Florida has a hot and humid climate it drives people nuts.

That and the escalating division in the nation, it was bound to happen, because Florida.
