Baphomet is not what you think it is.
The earliest known use of the word Baphomet comes from a letter written by a French crusader in 1098. He describes the Crusaders’ enemies in the Holy Land “Calling upon Baphometh” prior to battle. Another early chronicle of the crusades refers to mosques as Bafumarias. Today, it is commonly accepted that Baphomet, similar to the Old French word Mahomet, refers to Mohammed, the Prophet of Islam.
In 1818, the term Baphomet re-emerged in an essay published in Vienna speculating upon the nature of the idol worshipped by the Knights Templar. The author, Joseph von Hammer-Purgstall, claimed that the Templars were indeed idol worshippers, and that the Baphomet refers to a hermaphroditic stone figure borrowed from Egypt or the Gnostic Christian Ophites.
The final transformation of Baphomet occurred in 1854. French ceremonial magician Elphias Levi re-imagined Baphomet into a figure he named the Sabbatic Goat. Representing the universe in the form of binary opposites, the Sabbatic Goat incorporates elements of the hermaphroditic stone Baphomets and the symbolic ideals of the Templar Baphomet myth. He mingled these elements with Occult, Kabbalistic and Catholic imagery . . . He believed that the Sabbatic Goat served as a collective representation for all magickal icons that survived the spread of Christianity from earlier polytheistic or animistic traditions.
Shocking True History of Baphomet
I believe you are confusing Baphomet with the Devil Tarot Card, a very similar symbol.
The Devil card in Tarot is about ambitions and is also synonymous with temptation, addiction, and depression. The basic symbols of this card are a winged and horned Devil on a black pedestal, naked male and female figures, chains, and an inverted pentagram.
If you'll notice, Baphomet has an upright pentagram, the symbol of man in it's proper (good) alignment, while the Devil card has an upside down pentagram, the symbol of man aligned in opposition (disrupted and in distress).

Yeah I'm with you I'm not dissing the devil, I just don't like secret agendas that are pushed on the people, especially when I don't know the end game for example, if I knew it was to create more balance across the spectrum and make the world better I'd be like, Yay go Satan¡. But I don't believe that, its more likely a control thing maybe to keep people closer to their animalistic nature and further from their higher self.
Did you know that androgen levels in the womb while pregnant determines whether the baby will have more male characteristics, and you can actually physically tell by measuring the 2nd and 4th digits of the hand (ring and index] of the adult which could show if androgen levels where high or low when they were in the womb.... I done a study in that in biological psychology, couple of years ago now so maybe remembering it wrong but it was fascinating stuff. I embrace my feminine nature, I sing power ballads and cry at sad news stories when alone, I'm not afraid to admit that, it's dangerous to suppress it, because then you may change your name to Caitlin.

Well it does tend to happen to civilisations after they have 'won'
They tear themselves apart from within through decadency and then the 'barbarians' take advantage .
Look to history for what is happening now and what is still to come..
It has happened many times before and will continue to do so as cycles do.

Yahweh was said to have hands, eyes, etc. so I’m not sure we can call Him an “invisible force”

You're taking this to personally they are just possible reasons, a discussion on the matter. I have absolutely no prejudices against anybody or their sexual preferences. however I don't like when a very small portion of the people try and push their ways onto the majority, especially the children. I suppose your OK with children having sex changes also.
