Why am I here

I'm tired of this world.

Forcing myself into contention, I have sustained all I can of this planet.

Why should I still be here?
I have ways to leave this place.

I don't mean self harm or anything of that nature.

I have the means to help many humans.
I just don't have a solid desire to help one by one.

I can assist all humans equally, but in doing so, harm comes to me, and the timeframe is "extreme"

I have a job to do here, and I just can't decide how to perform the task.
Do I climb your societal ladder and help you from the inside?
Do I give you the tools and see if you'll solve the puzzle on your own? (I have tried this... A lot... You don't.)
Do I try to help individuals? (I've done a handful.)
Do I do things the long way... Soul draining work...? (This is the "easiest" most hands off approach I have, and is my current modus operandi. I grow tired, mentally, of this.)

I know the struggle.

What I have learned from my personal perspective is to take care of yourself first.

Second, screw trying to inform people. It will eat you alive and you will lose yourself.

I tend to these days keep my head low, but my spirit high.

I know this is your rant and you didn't post to get responses like this but, I clicked on your thread because I have been really asking myself this same question for a long time, it's so persistent now that I have basically crippled myself and can't do or accomplish anything now it seems. I am compassionate, empathetic, kind, have a little talent, been told I'm an 'amazing' person, but the last 30 years have been nearly constant struggle and terrible suffering. I lose everyone I love and can't seem to find any joy or inspiration anywhere anymore. I've seriously been thinking about leaving this world myself. I don't have any cryptic knowledge or hold any keys to mysteries like you hint around about. can you answer..Why should we stay and keep trying?

I'm leaning towards......

Sometimes we get so cynical about life that we don't see things anymore...

We look at them, our eyes see them and our mind acknowledges them.

But we don't "see" them.

Sometimes we need to learn to take hints.

Or the OP is just batsnip cray cray.

It's a fine line between the two...

Don't despair Xfinity has the new VOIP Cell Phone It will fix everything in your life. Oh NVM Just # on every1 and let them clean themselves off. Unless you still have a phone a friend available. I'm guessing it's not a game though just know that second and even third opinions never hurt.

My money is on boredom with a dip into the cray cray and a side of attention seeking.
Hey, I pay my therapist good money for analysis like that so write it down!

This world is moving too fast. There is a lack of morals, decency, compassion, trust, selflessness and respect. One works hard and can't seem to get ahead. The joys of life become less, interests seem pointless.

Could it be depression?

I struggled with why I am here all my life until I learned (Christian mindset) that God created me to have companionship with me. I still struggle with life, especially as I know this isn't what life was meant to be, but I know now why I am here - because God wanted me to be here with him. It has helped me enormously.

The struggle continues but at least I can quit asking why I am here, which really used to torment me. I didn't ask to be born.

Also: are you an overthinker? Are you an empath? These two things have nearly destroyed me in the past and I am learning to reign both in which has been extremely beneficial.

You seem overwhelmed.

You know how: when you take a flight, there is a part when a flight-attendant will give a demo, that if the oxygen masks were to drop, an adult accompanying a child, should put the mask on themselves first, then the child secondly ?

You are weary.
Take care of yourself.
Then later: go back to assisting others.
Perhaps you will have more energy than you feel now, to continue helping ?

Try Fantasy Football. You can make trades to help people but also yourself. If that doesn't work there is always next season. At some point you will achieve success.

If you don't know how to do the task and why your here then -

You have no tools in your toolbox, and need to address that self imposed royality you omit.

You say you don't have a solid desire to help one by one - no wonder you harm comes to you as your insincere.

Its all about you and your desire to be almighty great one WITH RECOGNITION.

Buy a mirror and have a real good long hard look in it.

Show me your tools at work absorbing the truth.

Soul draining is the nature of life - if you can't stomach that hurdle then your grossly overestimating your capabilities.

Why are you here - to get over yourself.
