Forget "Avengers- Endgame", the must-see movie of the year is "The Dead Don't Die".

Without any spoilers, the one scene where the zombies are walking around with cell phones is perfect.

An all-star cast, with spot-on dead pan (forgive the pun) humor. . . .this is one movie every conspiracy theorist has to see.

From the redneck farmer with the "Make America White Again" hat to small nuances in the film this a sleeper hit.

So stop what you're doing.

I don't care if it's dialysis.

Watch this movie. Or I'll find out where you live and yell at your garden plants when you're gone so they'll be sad and you won't know why.

Looks a bit like Shaun of the Dead.

Good take, the cliché's are perfect also.

Where is this at?

Is it in theaters or something from one of the streaming platforms.

Bill Murry is a classic in it!

I thought it was pretty meh.
Actually more of a nothing waste of a movie.

I think it was trying to make a poignant view of modern society as already being zombified.
However it really fell short considering it had to hammer that view home in some final narration.
It should have however made use of the various characters they introduced to paint a before and after.
Instead... Just wasted.

There were only two moments I laughed at in the movie and when the "action" actually started to happen... There was so much stupid stuff I was baffled.
For example, the two guys in the hardware store... WTF happened to their firearms??? You can see clearly in the 'Oh #' moment there are loads of pistols in a glass display.
Again... Wasted scene.

The movie missed the mark for me and it really had an opportunity to be a really good movie.

I don't feel this will ever hit cult classic due to the flaws.

Leave it there... The trailer showed the more interesting and comedic aspects of the movie.

I'll have to look for it, I see it's a new movie that was out in June, surprised I missed it, I watch just about everything in that(zombie) genre.

The cast looks great too.

I thought the humor subtle and the commentary spot-on!

I've got it in my Netflix queue - hopefully it'll get sent soon. Anything to help me forget IT part 2

I have to agree, it’s no Shaun of the Dead, and the few times Adam Drivers character breaks the fourth wall was unnecessary and just odd in my opinion.

Tilda Swintons character was a waste, they needed to give her more to work with. The same goes for most of the cameo appearances. It needed more substance, how quickly it went from theaters to dvd should be a warning of how it did at the box office.

Maybe it’s just me because lately the zombie shows and movies seem horrible.

I need another 28 Days or Train to Busan type zombie movie.

Why watch another "28 days later" when we can always watch. . . "28 days later"?

This was original, funny, dark, and a change.

That's true and I guess that's why I expected more out of the Dead Don't Die. You have this amazing cast at your disposal and they only manage to make it a political statement that didn't really work. Yes, we are already Zombies, I get that, but it could have been told better.

My favorite horror genre is Zombies and in my opinion they rarely get it right, so don't let my opinion sway anyone from watching the movie and forming your own opinion. Bill Murray was the sole reason I watched the movie, so if you like Bill it's worth seeing him in it.

Sounds like a zombie movie that mocks the living for allowing
themselves to become zombies in day to day life as portrayed
by the living zombies themselves. The only difference being a
pulse?

Very sad sounds like fun!

Train to Busan was an excellent movie.

I’ll have to check out “the dead don’t die.”
