Oh there’s going to be Tier I & II indictments coming. Not the Tier 3 and 4 like Mueller ended up with (after taking over EXISTING FBI investigations). Barr and Durham are going to have some nice additions to their trophy case.

With the stuff in the public eye alone, My Cousin Vinny would get convictions of these Obama bad apples.

Mueller never spent any time investigating something that is simply not a Federal crime.

The actual charges under investigation were more like conspiracy with an enemy of the state. But here's the official Title of the report: "Report On The Investigation Into Russian Interference In The 2016 Presidential Election".

There is also a section that explains why "collusion" was not what was being investigated (from the Introduction to Volume 1): 'In evaluating whether evidence about collective action of multiple individuals constituted a crime, we applied the framework of conspiracy law, not the concept of "collusion..."' It goes on in some depth, but that is the gist of it.

But, my current theory is that some people believe the first thing they hear, and, well, then their brain is full.

But he never said no charges.

IV. CONCLUSION Because we determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgment, we did not draw ultimate conclusions about the President ' s conduct. The evidence we obtained about the President's actions and intent presents difficult issues that would need to be resolved if we were making a traditional prosecutorial judgment. At the same time , if we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state.Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, we are unable to reach that judgment. Accordingly, while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.

Nunes: Mr. Mueller, why did you choose 18 DEMOCRATS for the top positions on your team?

Mueller: "That question is not within the 4 corners! I refuse to answer."

Nunes: Mr. Chairman, Let the record show that Mr. Mueller refused to answer why he hand-picked 18 Democrats to investigate a Republican President.

ITS WHAT MUELLER DID NOT PUT IN HIS REPORT THAT WILL RUIN HIS CREDIBILITY.

Will you source the section that outlines charges or a request for such against the president?
I will wait.....

Yep, this is going to be hilarious. If Pete & Repeat try to treat THEIR guy as a hostile witness it’s going to be precious.

Right. The crime is conspiracy against the United States. And lucky for him his people destroyed records and deleted e mails because they could not prove conspiracy.

There certainly was plenty of collusion. Over 400 contacts between trump associates and Russians.

The report describes actions and events that the Special Counsel's Office found to be supp01ted by the evidence collected in our investigation. In some instances, the report points out the absence of evidence or conflicts in the evidence about a particular fact or event. In other instances, when substantial, credible evidence enabled the Office to reach a conclusion with confidence, the report states that the investigation established that certain actions or events occurred. A statement that the investigation did not establish particular facts does not mean there was no evidence of those facts.

In other words, you're saying that Bob Mueller was "chicken" too, just like Pelosi. He could have recommended future charges after Donald Trump is no longer President....or Impeachment ASAP. He did neither. C-H-I-C-K-E-N.

I imagine he wont lie
No charges then
No charges now

He knows what perjury is

Mueller stepped down from DOJ employment on the 29th of last month.

He is no longer bound by DOJ policies and is a private citizen.

Perjury is Perjury especially when you get Sworn In 😎

He might not perjure himself and might still clarify the wording of the report.

OBSTRUCTION?!?!? That’s what you’re hanging your hat on? OBSTRUCTION??!

So just that we’re clear... NO COLLUSION... by ANY American.... and all of the POTUS acts that “may” or “could” be argued as OBSTRUCTION took place BECAUSE of the Fake Hoax Russia Conspiracy coup attempt.

That’s the charge the Left wants Trump charged with. OBSTRUCTION of the coup attempt against him?!?

This is precisely why there’s only 55 of the 218 needed for impeachment. Really there’s only about a dozen and the other 30 are throwing in so they don’t get Arkancided.

There's a whole list of credibility-ruining questions that Republicans have all lined up for Bob Mueller. If he answers, or doesn't answer, he doomed.

Another one has to do with him using the fake-discredited Steele Dossier as a cornerstone/foundation for his witch-hunt.

Also means he can ignore the subpoena 😎

And he could plead the 5th 😎

Nah, he's too honorable.

He'll turn up and answer their questions.

They might not like the answers but I'm sure he will be careful to be painfully truthful.

He wont testify to that because as pointed out several times he did not investigate collusion.
To the rest of that he could say he did not investigate the conspiracy theories that plague the right.

What did happen: Trump is still president and he’s on the 2020 ticket.

What’s not going to happen: Trump being charged with anything now or ever.

What’s MORE likely to happen: McCabe, Comey, Peter S, Clapper, and Brennan are going to get arrested and charged. Convicted? We shall see. Plea bargain? Probably.

Muellerface will hype-the-game, and 'reluctantly' shape his Answers to tell the Congress to use Impeachment to oust Trump.. as only 'They' can

He's a loyal Nazi-type personality.. so He'll play the role of the Stoic, unflustered prosecuter who Is Certain Donald is Guilty of Something even though Nothing Materialized in the 2 year Witch-Hunt escapade !
