List of Free Science books

physicsdatabase.com...

Came across this and thought i'd share quickly. It's a fairly large list of freely available science books that seem to cover a huge range of subjects and topics available for download. In case anybody felt like doing a bit of light reading. From what i can tell, these are not pirated books, but books that were originally available for free. This just seems to be a list to aggregate them.

Huh? I tried some of the links, each one gave me a pdf. Seems like that might be your computer. Just clicked the link i posted in my comment went straight to the site. I have no idea what you're talking about. Maybe try copying and pasting it?

It did the same thing to me. Without clicking a download was offered. I refused.

Thanks for the link... I've never heard of the place.

Clicked on your link, went to front page, did drop-down to biology, selected Theoretical Biophysics and am looking at the opened PDF.. all 291 pages here.

Firefox with the new uBlock Origin.

So dunno what the problem is with others...

Wow. That’s a lot of free books. Thanks for the link. Looks like i’ll be reading about astronomy tonight.
