Trump fires Secret Service director

U.S. Secret Service Director Randolph "Tex" Alles is leaving the Trump administration, the White House said, amid a shake-up in the upper echelon of the Department of Homeland Security.

White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said Trump has selected career Secret Service official James Murray to lead the agency, saying he will assume the role next month. She added Alles will be "leaving shortly."

Another one bites the dust.

Is something else going on here?

If you ask me, which I guess you did, Trump has always been after one thing since being elected. He is after a Trumpian coup. No more than what any president would do or has done. Every president so far has selected cabinet members, department heads, judges, etc. based on their own philosophy of government. If someone who is president whom you like, that's okay. If Trump does it, orange man bad.

Seems like he has done this before.

Top people leave, he gets others in and shakes things up, then they leave and more long term people come in and take their place.

So I half expect a border shake up coming.
