No more like the Chinese they steal intellectual property. Cant trust aliens we should probably build a wall.

Our first big mistake is to assume they think anything like us in any way. We keep infusing human ideals on a lifeform that would have evolved extreme different, more different than any other kind of life on our planet compared to us. Second mistake is to think "they are all over the place". Even though life most likely happens anytime conditions are correct if we look at earth, a planet that has had trillions of life forms over the last 4 billion years, and add in that the universe we know today is about 9 billion years old with the first 5 billion being mainly gas, how many species has gone to our moon in all of earth history?

I know , they only greet the alpha Species and Humans aren't it (yet)... More than one intelligent civilization on earth. Follow the footprints and it becomes clear why humanity can not escape the dog and pony show. Everything done in society is controlled and regulated by those entities. For the rest everything 'alien' ufo is just a derivate of hollywood propaganda given to the masses to forget the real nature of the universe..

It can't be construed. There are NO other less advanced extraterrestrial civilizations. I'm not trying to be disrespectful or pick a fight. I used to have similar lines of thought about these aliens as well.

And how exactly have your intimately contacted "Generals, Admirals etc. trawled the universe and ascertained that we are the least advanced civilization out there?

It could be that the laws of the universe prevent high speed travel. The other life forms also don't become 100s of time more intelligent.

They may be a few craft traveling for centuries through space but life forms are not able to overcome the distances for routine investigations of other planets.

Life forms dream about the travel but it is not possible.

The laws of the universe (that we are aware of) allow travel at the speed of light.......we just don't know how to achieve it......yet.

I should have been more clear. Creatures are not able to build crafts that can travel near light speed with them as passengers. Talking practical application.

Aliens don't visit us for the same reason I don't fly to Africa to visit with an anthill.

why are humans so conceited as to think that intelligent life forms from places other than earth would want to come here and associate with us? Wat makes them think such people the slightest interest in us anyway? Do we really think we are somebody inter stellar travelers would want to know???????????

For all we know a few, some or many of them probably regard us as nothing more than a fly, a manifestation of evil itself, sheer pigs, nothing more than beasts of burden, slaves, cosmic rubbish, a failed experiment, a breed of animals they are experimenting with, grossly inferior to them and similar.

I would imagine most of them would want to stay well away from us out of fear of their lives. Its not like we are a peaceful bunch of people are we??

Do people ever think that some of these other life forms from places other than earth have been coming here for thousands of years, are here now but remain hidden in plain sight or hidden way out of sight.

Perhaps they don't interact with us because its against their ethics. Perhaps they stay away from us because they know that it would make us deviate from our own path.

Perhaps they walk among us and we don't even know it.



If you don't believe in aliens, then your not going to be looking out for them are you?

During WWII everyone was on the lookout for spies because everyone believed they existed and were likely around the next corner.

The scenario for extraterrestrial contact being made can be perceived in many ways. I had my own experience of a 'sighting' back in the 1970's, I made a thread of it here on ATS, but I made no claim as to what it was, and I still don't.

I like the idea of 'panspermia', that life began on this planet due to microbes on asteroids and comets finding their way into the primeval soup of early earth. Add a long incubation time and the mixing of organics inside particular environments, and 'life' ultimately found a way to come about.

If you want, you could even add intervention by an extraterrestrial intelligence or intelligences, each claiming an area of the earth to conduct their own experiments befitting their species, which might account for why our own species has such a variation in outward appearance, yet still coming from the same common denominator of DNA and RNA?

What if the agenda for various extraterrestrial races is to 'seed' early-forming planets to maintain the continuity of their species to a fashion. That the real point of seeding is to bring forth a species that will ultimately express intelligence and find a way to leave the planet that is finite and doomed? They would leave behind a team of observers who would maintain an aloof distance from us, but always watching and never openly intervening, while the rest continued on their interstellar searchings.

These left-behind observers of different extraterrestrials would only make open contact simultaneously once they can see that we have evolved mentally and psychologically to a point where we could understand and accept the agenda, but currently, we remain a long way off from that scenario. Regardless of our technological achievements, we still remain in evolutionary adolescence with regard to our mentality and psychology. For the observers, we remain a work in progress that will either succeed in the agenda, or destroy ourselves at the moment of growing up.
