The fact is they are breaking the law and violating a direct order from the court to allow inspection. Those are facts. They are not in dispute.

Now you just have to figure out why they are deliberately ignoring the law and order. It really only points one direction. People don't deliberately place themselves in legal jeopardy like that unless they think the alternative is worse.

From that source, a judge ruled: "there is a violation of the Florida Constitution and public records act."

You've claimed that they are stealing the election ('Cheating... to "win" elections'). Please explain what you think the overlap is.

I'm a Republican, been so since I could vote.

Sorry that I don't care for the current President too much or the hyperbolic claims about electoral fraud when Democrats vote in a Democrat county.

It's especially funny since the apparent winner of the Georgia governor's race was the person overseeing elections and that was far sketchier, but there's nary a word about it from people like DBCowboy.

You know where their loyalties lie... not with the Republic, but with the GOP.

I didn't say there isn't anything wrong with this.

It appears that they may be in violation of an open records act. I don't see the logic to jump from that to accusations of stealing an election.

I can search the internet just fine, but y'know, it's kind of the rules of discussion that if you make a claim you should be expected to be able to provide support. Stop whining about it.
