BREAKING NEWS: Police are on scene of a mass shooting threat at a MAGA event at the Trump International Hotel in Washington DC

Police have responded to the Trump International Hotel in Washington DC after an anonymous threat to shoot up a meeting supporting President Donald Trump.

The threat was made ahead of the planned Tuesday evening event by an anonymous Twitter account that supports the Democratic Socialists, a far-left political group.

'I am coming with a gun and i expect to get numerous bloodstained MAGA hats as trophies,' the account wrote, referencing the Trump campaign slogan 'Make American Great Again.'

Reading comments on this board enough and it seems like few members here would be happy not making American great again.


Hope they were able to catch the person making the threat, though its mostly someone mad and never intended to actully do anything.

I'm not sure but I think if they're a leftist it's ok to do that.

On a side note, I do wish that the left would follow their own ideology and not own guns.

That alone would make America a much safer place.

I hate to be 'that guy' but I can think of several terrible governments and empires who also held "we are the best" rallies. Nationalism should be a given, not enforced or boasted.

Let's not completely discount the possibility that a member of the afflicted group took a play out of the othersides book and sent a threat against themselves/their own side.
