Finally!
After over fifteen lawsuits he has finally decided to resign.

Scott Pruitt, the embattled head of the Environmental Protection Agency, has resigned, becoming the latest official to leave the Trump administration.

"I have accepted the resignation of Scott Pruitt as the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency," President Donald Trump tweeted Thursday

We've all heard the bizarre stories. sweet heart rentals for fifty dollars a nignt, find my wife a job ( she's really gonna be hearing it now)
Thousands for a sound proof booth and a bullet proof desk travel on our dime.
And still trump didn't fire him. Said he was doing an outstanding job.

You have unreasonable expectations and it's my fault?
I didn't attack trump btw. I just said he didn't fire the dude.
Let me know when he rescues a kitten from a tree. Then you'll get the op you're seeking.

Looks like reaching for the candy jar one too many times finally caught up with him.

Scandal ridden, I wouldn't doubt if he was pushed towards "stepping down". For a man to continue to push the envelope, he sure wasn't thinking about suddenly being a good boi and step down.

Hopefully, we'll get some one better.

It probably had a lot to do with this:

EPA staffers met routinely in Pruitt's office to "scrub," alter or remove from Pruitt's official calendar numerous records because they might "look bad," according to Kevin Chmielewski, Pruitt's former deputy chief of staff for operations, who attended the meetings.

If the allegations are true, the practice of keeping secret calendars and altering or deleting records of meetings could violate federal law as either "falsifying records" or hiding public records, according to legal experts interviewed by CNN. "If somebody changed, deleted, scrubbed a federal record with the intent of deceiving the public or intent of deceiving anybody, it could very well be a violation of federal law," said Larry Noble, a former general counsel at the Federal Election Commission.

Better to go ahead and leave before you’re going to be charged with something.

Probably being open to being charged with something he can’t really spin his way out of. If true this is a pretty blatant crime.

Well, looks like I can add this to the Trump bingo game. And his replacement is from big coal?!

That should be fun to play.

Several Democrats sent a formal letter to the EPA Inspector General this morning. That was the final straw.

But the man who is taking Scott Pruitts place has the same mindset, minus the scandals. Those hoping for a change at the EPA will be disappointed.

Yup I've been tasked to come up with some game cards. Not sure why I was picked. Guess I'll bring the conservative libertarian angle?

But who would have done that? The president thought he was doing a good job, he never had any complaints.

And now he hires a clone.

He just seemed like a shady guy. It's the Environmental Protection Agency. They should protect the environment. Shouldn't really be a controversial job. LOL

Bah.
Hillary and Russian millions in "donations" to the Clinton "Foundation" for Uranium 1 remain the Gold Standard for corruption.

Wonder why Obama didn't fire her....probably did not want to end up like Vince Foster....

Wheeler was the Deputy Director. He automatically becomes Acting Director.
