I realize there are UFO circles who insist this vehicle actually was built, and in Germany a Revell plastic model factory designed and sold a kit -- until now. The price for black market kits must be beyond the moon by now.

I had seen the "design" for the German UFO but I'd never seen the revel model.

To my understanding they never were able to weaponize Hanebaus, due to strong magnetic fields. So, there were no turrets for guns.

Why would this be any different than any other war aircraft the Germans had?
What makes this one so offensive?
Is the Death Star going to be next, or anything else that is not real?

It has been suggested that the people behind the propagation and promotion of this idea, that the Germans had advanced flying saucer technology, created it to further mythologize and glorify the technological achievements of the Third Reich, who were a real bunch of stinkers.

They're going for between 63 and a 180 U.S. dollars on Amazon at the moment.
Get'em while they last.

I am also confused. They said that the Reason was: the packaging lacked a "fictional" label/description. So people might think/say it is "real".

Ok so why not add onto a description of it on the packaging: "not real"?

call me cynical - but i predict a relauch next year - with different packaging

the reason - the tooling to create these kits is the biggest expense - more than all other costs combined

design , packaging - etc is peanuts compared to the tooling co crate the injected sprues and parts

and revvell - will not want to just throw that away

That's what a guy on Facebook thought, too.

Alan Cassady-Bishop == That Revell model is just a re-modelled Invaders flying saucer model they produced years ago but with a different paint job. I had one of the original Invaders one.

I was big into models for a while as a kid, and had one of them, too. Also all the monsters, Spider-Man, and the Rat Fink Surf Fink model. They'd be worth money now if I hadn't blown them all up with firecrackers.
