Sadly it is true, much of the food authorised for sale in the US is banned for sale here in the UK and the EU.
I'm surprised there is no outcry by American people, heck even GM crops which are now threatening organic farmers due to cross pollination.
We have no GM crops growing in Britain because I and many thousands of other people trespassed and destroyed test crops. The police eventually told Monsanto that they would have to hire their own security because it was taking so much of their time up. Now in Britain, private security cannot even carry sticks so the masses of people won the day, Monsanto gave up and moved on to more submissive nations.
Rise up America, it seems you've given in to big business. Truly sad.

I planted a huge garden this year.

It was so difficult to find any non gmo seeds, luckily my neighbor gave me some corn, beans and squash since he saves seed every year.

It’s everywhere here.

I have a family member who works at a chick hatchery. I could not believe it when he told me they spray the baby chicks with formaldehyde to make them grow faster.

It's shocking isn't it.
Honestly, I feel for you guys in the states, it's like the genie has come out of the bottle and what the heck do we do now.
Glad you managed to find some non GM seeds, buy them online from the UK if you need to, we're still untainted, and hopefully being an island we'll stay that way...just wish France was more than 22 miles across the water, pollen can travel far in the wind.

It takes an act of congress these days to get a burger without cheese.

It makes no sense to me that many places took hamburgers off the menu and now only cheese burgers...

We're gonna get it in the UK after a trade deal with the US post Brexit, I have no doubt.
The only thing I can feel assured about is Britain will insist on clear labels so the people can make a choice. I guarantee places like Waitrose won't even stock it, but your Farmfoods and smaller retailers in poor areas will, and the people will buy it. The same people who eat crappy processed junk already.
It saddens me a bit to be honest.

Can still get burgers without cheese in all the major fast food places, as well as all the independent places.
Sounds crazy, which brands force cheese on you? Even McD's here will sell me a burger if I ask for no pickle, can't stand that lol

well just bout all the big boys dropped hamburger from menu.

www.sonicdrivein.com...

In the past every food place you had to add cheese and now you have to take it away but even then they always leave it on.

Can't you just ask for no cheese? They all offer that as an option in my parts, same as that horrid McD's pickle which I always say I don't want. It is also prepared fresh for you then, not sat on a warming plate for ten minutes.
It's all junk at the end of the day, but they are happy to offer bespoke junk in the major brands here.

yes you can ask and if you take the time to check your order and send it back so they can remove the cheese you asked to not be on it in the first place.

However my overall point is that the hamburger came before the cheeseburger and now cheese is not only forced upon you but is now part of the price on all burgers.

Eat your cheese fools

Lol at having to send it back after asking for no cheese!
They're pretty good in my parts, never had to send anything back ever.
I get your point about making cheese the standard in a menu though, maybe it's got some addictive chemical additive in it which makes people want it more?

And when you go to a burger place and ask for a burger without cheese, they look at you like you have a phallus growing off your chin.

There is something wrong with the cheese nowadays, funny you made that comment and then there is this thread.

Lol yes this thread

They're cool in my parts ordering bespoke junk cooked to order, all the main brands, just a friendly smile.
Do you live in a big city? People who serve me in places are the same faces I'm likely to see just walking in town when they're off-duty so maybe the customer/server relationship is more natural and friendly.
I know in London and other big population centres I've had some unfriendly and unpleasant experiences in the same restaurant brands.

It was so difficult to find any non gmo seeds

Here's a company called Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds (their official website). They've got almost 2,000 different varieties of non-GMO seeds on sale & it's one of the places where I get some of my seeds. You can request a free catalog from their site and it's packed with everything from common crops to "exotic" ones.

So once again, cheese isn't the problem; it's potentially the additives (and that's assuming it's not any other diet, medical, or recreational cause).

Also, there's a misconception about Greek cheeses. Greek cheeses are generally made from goat milk, sheep milk, cow milk, and/or a combination of the 3. I summarized the info from this article about Greek cheeses (HERE) to point out the different types of milk used in Greek cheeses:

Anthotiros - contains milk from either sheep, goat or both.

Feta - Made with sheep or goat’s milk

Galotiri - Is a milky cheese, combining feta, milk and yogurt.

Graviera - made with cow’s milk or sheep’s milk.

Kasseri- traditionally make with almost 100% sheep’s milk.

Kefalograviera is made with cow’s milk

Kefalotyri - Made with both cow and sheep’s milk

Kapnisto Metsovone - Mostly made entirely of cow’s milk.

Ladotyri - Made from sheep and goat milk

Manouri - made from either sheep or goat milk.

Metsovone - Mostly made from cow’s milk

Mizithra - made from either the milk from goat, sheep, or a cow (can include all three however)

People keep acting like Feta cheese is the only Greek cheese, which simply isn't the case.

Very awesome thank you!

And I did not know that about Greek cheese.

Jane Plant wondered why in China Doctors hardly saw a breast cancer patient .

Complete and utter lies! Jane Plant fabricated her numbers, she said in your video that only 1 woman in 100,000 in China developed breast cancer. The truth is: 60 women in 100,000 do.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women in China. The Lancet 2014.

Jane Plant is dead now, she died of a blood clot, not the breast cancer that she was supposed to die of many decades ago.

She died of a blood clot following chemotherapy..... you wouldn't have chemo if you don't have cancer.

Hers was another fad diet. She may have been a great geologist, but she was certainly not a cancer specialist.

No evidence whatsoever that diary gives you cancer.

She's been under to much scrutiny, to still have a reputation with using fabricated numbers. The fact is her tumors shrunk when their fuel was stopped.
Since Chinas middle class is eating as much Dairy now as westerners since she posted,it isn't much of a surprise their numbers of breast cancer have vastly increased, so has their height thanks to the bovine growth hormone, which is the same hormone all mammals use to grow.
If its 1in sixty in China now, then its 1 in twelve in the West, they are catching up fast I wonder why?

Evidence for your statement above please.

Because cancer screening has improved greatly and more women can afford to see a doctor...
Because Chinese women are living longer and it's well known that age increases the incidence of cancer.......
Because women in China are now smoking and drinking as much as men....
Because they are also eating more fast food and the obesity rate amongt Chinese women is rising fast........

I could give you a dozen reasons why.
