I love how everyone becomes patriotic to their country as soon as someone from another country starts making predictions about the economy or war

like you actually all give a # about the government and how their trade deals will be good for you !

We're where you get your aircraft, machinery, pharmaceuticals, medical instruments, and electrical machinery. We are your number 1 supplier (we sell the EU more goods than we sell to any other country/region). Just as importantly, we are your biggest buyer of goods. Who are you going to sell all those cars and essential oils to? Iran?

And that goes without even mentioning our military umbrella.

I hope the US breaks off from Europe too. Europe doesn't need our aggression, they have more than they can handle with disrespectful Islamic migrants mixed with terrorists. Europe is now infested with child raping, woman groping, murderous migrants, a Government that curb stomps their freedoms daily, because their idiot citizens were more than happy to give up their guns, and now they are bringing in more and more migrants, despite their very clear message that they will simply take over Europe by numbers, once there. They may not be raising hell in your neck of the woods right now...but it's just a matter of time as the migrants pop out more and more warriors. They are the fastest growing demographic to date, and they are quite clear why they are having so many babies. They are training them...and they are now in YOUR Europe wreaking havoc in many areas. So I agree, America should cut ties with Europe, just like a parent cuts ties with a wayward, disrespectful teen. We don't want their infestations migrating into our country like a communicable disease. Europe is nothing but a migrant toilet now and might as well be considered just another Islamic stronghold for ISIS. Europe has fleas and America will catch them, if she lies down with her.

VERY ignorant to tell me where I get the things you talk about when you don't even know where I live. And me thinks you need to back up your statement with some facts and figures.

Please answer me one question.

I own two companies that do small scale manufacturing in the USA. My products when shipped to almost any European nation are taxed at 37% or more (import duty and VAT). When I purchase materials and components from UK, Germany and sometimes Taiwan, the USA import duty is is 4%

There are about 10-12 competing companies to my products in Europe. My product is mechanically and aesthetically superior to the most popular ones in Europe, yet it is basically impossible for me to compete in the European market because of your protectionist policies (which I fully agree with).

Unfortunately I have also ended up competing with an inferior product in my own country because their manufacturing costs are so low in ex-soviet current EU countries, that they can pay the shipping and paltry 4% duty and still compete with me on price.

So my question is: DO YOU BELIEVE THIS IS FAIR????

Trump is an obnoxious, loudmouth, unstable, often idiotic, dickhead douchebag. But it's honestly about goddamn time someone made a decent effort to stop the bleeding and at least try truly FAIR TRADE!!

To be honest though, it's too fcuckin late already. It would take at least a decade to rebuild what was destroyed by terrible trade agreements, and by then a new group will be in charge in DC, and so many Americans have become mentally unstable, depressed shells of human beings who I'm not sure would even want manufacturing jobs.

Before you go throwing all your hate at the USA, there is a lot more going on here than anyone can really fix. The College education scam, the college loan scam, the epidemic of self-hate and success-hate, the lack of quality middle class jobs, the pathetic healthcare situation, the depression epidemic, all of this leads to a population very dissatisfied with their lives and doing self-harm via substances or outright physical injury, or taking it out on others via TV rhetoric, Facebook vitriol, or walking into a crowded place with a firearm and killing lots of people.
