Spielberg says it’s time for a woman to play Indiana Jones

If I want to see Lara Craft Tomb Raider, I cue up a Lara Croft Tomb Raider Movie. When I want to see an Indiana Jones movie, I put on anything but Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull.

Here is an idea, why not have Spielberg direct a Tomb Raider movie.

Lol why? I mean why make yet another Indiana Jones movie at all honestly. The last one was a pile of #.

In 5 years he'll be saying a transgendered gray alien should play "Indiana Jones".

In 10 years he'll be saying a bisexual artificial intelligence should play "Indiana Jones".

Actually I love that idea!

They done that other movie where it was his son that was just awful but doing a pit as his daughter being the hero could work.

I don’t care, man or woman so long as it’s a good movie and I think the banter between a old jones and his daughter could make for a interesting movie premise

Also new Lara Croft sucked in my opinion

Ready Player One was so cheezy, Spielberg should be run out of the DGA in disgrace. Takes more than CGI.....good acting and strong characters would have been a good start.

The more I started to think about this thread, the more I felt like a used tool. Just one comment from Spielberg, and think about all the free publicity it will bring for a movie not even in production. Damn you Spielberg. A cheap move, but well played. But its still a stupid idea.

I like this game.

Driving Miss Daisy? Nope! Driving Mr. Steel.

Thelma & Louise? Nope! Jerry & Bob.
