I posted in one of the Q threads (3rd one, maybe?) that after Trump was elected Dennis Rodman went to NK and gave Kim Jong Un Trump's book, The Art of the Deal.

I think they've been secretly working together for a while.

Well, that's the key to finding the location of that building.
