Yes well the difference is one thing literally didn't happen at all and the other did. The results of one can go in multiple directions, hence the word "could"

I would disagree that politicians in touch with lobbiests are not corrupt..

Lobbiests are inherently corrupt.. at least when working for someone’s profit margins..

Which is the problem I have with all the Hilary is the most corrupt person in Washington..

It makes the problem hillary , not the institution.

Don't give Hillary that much credit, there are a couple of people in DC that are more corrupt than her.
