I feel very badly for the sincere Democrats, the Democrats who voted for Dennis Kucinich when he ran, the Democrats that voted for Sanders because they new Hillary was a cancer to the DNC and couldn't win against Trump. And if there are any that voted for Ron Paul in 2008 and 2012 but switched to Sanders in 2016 those people I feel really bad for, they just wanted change and this is what they got.......

I have said before and I will say it again, the 2016 election cycle was like picking to face off against the Death Star or a Super Star Destroyer, neither was a good option, but one was worse than the other.

a reply to: Blue_Jay33 I agree with ya there. Things are not going to well but lessons should be learned from the 2016 election with any luck. But people are dumb so time will tell.

If anythin this last s"election" made me truly realize what a joke our entire political structure is. I loved ron paul back in the day, but i knew even then that he would never win.

I just wanna move to the woods. . .

The Dems would be idiots not to run Tulsi next time around.

I'm counting on them being idiots.

Some day, Karma is going to have its way with that woman, and I for one will take great pleasure in watching/ reading about it. The Germans have a word for it, the word is Schadenfreude. It means taking pleasure in the misfortune of another. I happen to be mostly German in my ancestry, so I at least will feel no shame while I gloat.

That is how socialism works people.

SOMEONE else get's the fruit of your labor.

Socialism: The commodification of oneself to benefit the majority.

I live in AZ. I'm already here.

A wiser man than myself once said "patriotism is supporting your country all the time, and your government when they deserve it."

Haven't seen anything to support in that aspect in my lifetime.

Regardless of what letter is next to the name.

But I forgot this site has turned into a govt worship forum. . .
