Very chilled here, and in my wider social circles, so people don't hide it away. I feel sorry for the post op women I know who went through puberty and physically still look like a man in a dress. They tell me they wish they could have taken blockers when they knew inside all those years ago.

I totally get it, I'd totally just look like a man in a dress so I'm glad I don't have to deal with such societal issues being a CIS male.

Yeah I cant even begin to imagine the pain of not being the person you are....When I read some people's experiences I just think how awesomely lucky I am to look like the person in my mental mirror (Well, a bit fatter and older maybe, but you know what I mean)

i like it, but i do wonder how it's going to play with the older men who still read playboy. i'm sure some of them are philosophically open enough to not be wrecked by it... and some will probably be pretty interested, hehe... but the more rigid and/or hypocritical types might lose their little minds.

On a brighter note though, I love that even the rough pubs here full of scaffolders, dealers, builders, me, and dodgy blokes are welcoming places for trans people. I think maybe some of the more violent ones have an ulterior motive that defending someone from a hate crime is a good escape from punishment after beating someone bigoted...but that's pure opinion lol

Yeah, well it is dangerous to prejudge anyone based on their appearance or lifestyle. we can all be equally good and bad and only experience can show the real person inside that shell.

Playboy destroyed their brand when they showed how inept they were in adapting to the more modern mediums. This bit might actually help them a bit, but I doubt it will be remotely enough to save the brand.

Playboy's peak was 1972, ffs. They did manage to maintain a solid subscription market until 2006, but have been in a free fall ever since.

Oh okay, I'm from the UK so I don't recognise the society you describe. Forgive me but I'm guessing you're from the US so if that's the gig there fair enough, not my fight.
I'm glad trans isn't such as big a deal to folk here as the US though, and I'm happy my taxes help pay for reassignment operations and hormone treatment on the NHS.
