The primary report is so long I'm going to include only a couple of excerpts. This is quite sobering:

For approximately the past five years, the Mainstream Media (MSM) and the Obama-administration supported research “think-tanks” for monitoring the North Korean situation have had a field day. They consistently (along with the brain-dead public’s crowds of naysayers) and intentionally understated the capabilities of North Korea. The experts in the field (such as Dr. Peter V. Pry, Admiral Bill Gortney, General Curtis Scapparotti) have not been able to be denied; however, they have been marginalized and made to seem to be “in conflict” with the prevailing, majority “view.”

The “tyranny of the majority,” in this case, was needed to accomplish the objectives of the Obama administration: appear to be “strong” on sanctions, and “aloof” with diplomacy, i.e., Barack Hussein Obama II’s not “lowering” himself to deal with North Korea diplomatically. The true objective of Obama regarding North Korea was to pursue a laissez-faire policy and allow North Korea to progress, becoming a viable threat, as it is today. All of this was deliberately planned by Obama and his handlers.

As far back as April 7, 2015, Admiral Bill Gortney (the former commander of North American Aerospace Defense, a.k.a. NORAD) gave a press conference in which he warned of North Korea’s capabilities with an ICBM, an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile…warned that North Korea could strike the United States with a nuclear warhead on an ICBM…he stated this in 2015. Six months prior, in October of 2014 Admiral Gortney stated that North Korea had nuclear weapons, had miniaturization capabilities, and could place them on missiles that could reach the continental United States.

Here's another quote from this article, which the author got from The Hill:

“The mainstream media, and some officials who should know better, continue to allege North Korea does not yet have capability to deliver on its repeated threats to strike the U.S. with nuclear weapons.

False reassurance is given to the American people that North Korea has not “demonstrated” that it can miniaturize a nuclear warhead small enough for missile delivery, or build a reentry vehicle for an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) capable of penetrating the atmosphere to blast a U.S. city.

Yet any nation that has built nuclear weapons and long-range missiles, as North Korea has done, can easily overcome the relatively much simpler technological challenge of warhead miniaturization and reentry vehicle design. The notion that North Korea is testing A-Bombs and H-Bomb components, but does not yet have the sophistication to miniaturize warheads and make reentry vehicles for missile delivery is absurd.

Here's a link to that report from The Hill, dated 3/29/17:

Secondary source

I still believe that even with the risks involved, a pre-emptive strike on North Korea is warranted. The Trump Administration supposedly gave up the "strategic patience" strategy of the Obama Administration but I don't buy it. All they want to do is sanction after sanction after sanction. Sanctions never have and never will work on Kim Jong Un. Never. At best they will hurt the North Korean people, at worst they will anger their despotic leader.

There's been talk of sanctions against Chinese companies that do business with North Korea. Doesn't sound like a good idea if you ask me.

Frustrated that China has not done more to rein in North Korea, the Trump administration could impose new sanctions on small Chinese banks and other firms doing business with Pyongyang within weeks, two senior U.S. officials said. The U.S. measures would initially hit Chinese entities considered "low-hanging fruit," including smaller financial institutions and "shell" companies linked to North Korea’s nuclear and missile programs, said one of the officials, while declining to name the targets.

Source re. possible sanctions against Chinese companies

The above quote said these sanctions could be imposed "within weeks." Imho we don't have the luxury of waiting for "weeks" to impose these sanctions and then sit on our hands, hoping they will work. They won't. They would only serve to anger the gov't of China, which is a strong ally of North Korea.

So what should we do? Sit around wringing our hands, hoping for a peaceful solution to this crisis?

North Korea can reach us with their nukes.

If we do a pre-emptive strike, there will be many deaths, inc. in South Korea & Japan.

If we don't strike, more people in the U.S. could die.

How much longer is this circus going to continue?

China is trying to make the USA look bad. China could settle North Korea down if they choose to do so.

I say attack now, not just North Korea, but take on China as well.

If we leave this alone, China just continues to grow stronger.

Use it or lose it with regards to our military superiority.

That's some impressive doom porn in that site.

Quoting Military Industrial Complex stooges.

Interestingly, listed examples of US provoking NK.

All them having a missile means is we cant attack them without facing consequences. Same with Iran. Like they'd commit national suicide the moment they were capable of pressing the button.

NK offered a few months back, quit conducting provocative military drills around their borders, and they'd shut down the nuke BS. The "US" (er Military Industrial Complex) said NO.

I am not condoning a preemptive strike on North Korea. But i have read elsewhere than the links provided by the OP, that the admitted fact that North Korea is now able to make nuclear bombs and is even developing hydrogen nuclear weapons but is supposedly unable to design a missle capable of reentry over the continental United States is completely laughable.

I believe it. This would not be disclosed to the public. And as usual the American chest thumpers continue making memes and striking down logic. It is a big threat. And no 'turning Nko into a parking lot' is not a viable option without serious loss of life and economic peril.

I've missed the news. When has France, the UK, Russia threatened the US and the rest of the world with nukes lately?

News at 6?

There will be a nuclear strike on American soil. BUT, it will be a false-flag operation in order to bring true hell to earth when they so choose...

This is a worry not because the claim is true but because its possible part of setting in place the pretext for a nuc attack on Iran, NK or an all out military assault on the Syrian people.

Such an assault may be planned to then escalate into a much bigger war with Russia and then China later.

Putting troops into there would be a nightmare a decade of being bogged down there not to mention a very good likely good the fool will use a nuke on troops. Thus would force the US to retaliate killing millions of his citizens. The easiest thING is containment with of course activity doing things to destroy his government.

Here's the bottom line miniaturization isn't easy thus us why the US and Russia relief on Bombers for so long. But here's the thing he doesn't have the money to do the serious research needed. He's going to continue the trial and error. About half their missiles crash. The threat is no where near the point we need to move in troops. And this in itself is even more dangerous China will not like US troops so close to its border. And it will take decades before they could leave.

Unknown foreign intruders as part of a larger series of nuclear attacks to access and exploit

Hackers have been targeting companies that operate nuclear power stations around America, prompting the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI to issue an urgent warning about the severity of the threat

Historically, cyber actors have strategically targeted the energy sector with various goals ranging from cyber espionage to the ability to disrupt energy systems in the event of a hostile conflict

Do you realize that every single thing you just described are acts of war?

It's this kind of provocation that compels them to make outlandish statements to deter us.

Which are then wielded as the ultimate gospel to warrant attacking them outright.
