You're right
I don't know. The price for pissing on a wall should not be death.
If it were someone close to you you would probably feel different

I'm sjw cause a dude was murdered for pissing and I don't think it's cool?

Say the cop's husband was the one that died after the physical altercation.

Would you even care?

I bet not.

Would you even have heard this story?

I bet not.

All you arm chair cops go ride with a cop for a year and then come back here and make a report.

Many law enforcement agencies will allow citizens to ride with them. Check yours and see...

We don't know the whole story.

You should practice what you preach

Or is it because the murderer is a white dude so all is forgiven ?

Don't bother answering it's a rhetoric question

You the one to bring race into the equation are acqusing me of being racist?

That is funny.

You mention White people in every single post you make in negative connotation.

How about people referring to the cop's husband as "cowboy" in a negative way?

You have absolutely no problem with that.

So who is the bigoted one here?

Ride with them, not fight crime with them.

You know the choker wasn't a cop right?

And you know the average officer wouldn't choke a man to death for urinating in public and being belligerent right?

Try again.

Nice you conveniently leave out physically assaulting a citizen out of the equation.

No it's just funny you're telling us to give this murderer a break because we don't know the full story

Yet you're happy to condemn an entire religion

It's utterly hypocritical

Like I said, practice what you preach

The guy who choked him wasn't a cop, also citizens arrest only is legal for felonies. This is murder and you're one of the red neck morons we are talking about. And I ain't no liberaljust in case you wanted to try to use that as some kind of cop out for your idiocy.

Where is it stated that the deceased assaulted anybody?

According to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, the incident occurred on May 28, after the deputy’s husband arrived at the restaurant and saw a drunken Hernandez urinating outside. The man “verbally confronted ... Hernandez about his behavior” and the physical altercation ensued, the sheriff said during a Friday press conference.

An individual claiming to have witnessed part of the altercation told Houston’s KPRC News that the deputy’s husband sat on top of Hernandez.

“He was punching him in the face, but at this point [Hernandez] was face up,” the witness said. “It got to the point [Hernandez] was struggling to get out, and then he grabbed him [by] his neck [and] he shook him.”

That's all that has been said so far.

I know.

But I presume that since the claim has been made two times that the deceased assaulted somebody, there's something to support the claim that the member making the claim has seen and the rest of us haven't.

I'd like you to quote where the deceased is said to have assaulted somebody.

It does not matter if the deceased assaulted the husband of a cop or not... you do not continue to hold a choke hold when someone is not in a position to be a threat.

The Cop in the relationship should have had the brains to stop it before the guy died, she did not murder charge and accessory in my opinion.

even if the dude was drunk and pissing on a wall you dont deserve to be choked to death for that #.

Uh, obviously things went down between the pissing and the choking. Should be interesting to learn exactly what. If drunk guy took a swing or made a threat it's on his own shoulders, being Texas and all...

This is actually local to me and the officer has been taken off active duty. The cause of death has been ruled a homicide.
