Just go to CNN.com right now, every headline on the front page is COMEY COMEY TRUMP RUSSIA IMPEACHMENT COMEY. It's the literal definition of agenda-driven news.

I think they're out of their freakin kinds. That's what I think.

The only difference now is that some media outlets and areas of popular culture that have created our reality are being rejected and some people don't like it - hence the 'fake news' whining.

Not always with CNN. They manage to block many of their pages from wayback and many versions. Given their record of fake news it's clear why they don't want a record.

There are other ways to catch them though - search this in google and check the description on the first results.

That sextion of Title 18 only applies to misinformation concerning certain predicate offeses and none of them apply. For example, the section criminalizes hoaxes involving aircraft crimes, interstate shipping crimes, eyc, but if you spend a couple of hours looking at the listed predicates, you will see that the section is inapplicable here/

They have an agenda to discredit the President, using fair means or foul.

If the code in this thread does get used there will be literally thousands of these kinds of snipes to prove motive/intent.
