I have a lot of respect for professionals who dedicate themselves to their careers, who use their intellect and acquired skills in their job to be successful.

I feel these ladies are just scamming feeble men out of cash.

One of our regular good contributors on this board is a stripper.
finding a way to get quick money during youth doesn't mean they are stupid..sort of the opposite actually.

Ive dated many dancers, (their preferred employment description, in the US at least) probaby 10-12 of them. From age 20-27, i would ONLY date dancers. I loved the sex appeal, and ego boost. Their profession gave me a constant lust for them that was hard to obtain with other women.
Do yourself a favor and wash away the novelty of her being a 'stripper' right away! At the end of the day, shes just a woman with many of the same hopes and dreams of every other woman. Dont let her profession define her. Every dancer ive dated has TONS of crazy stories, as im sure this woman does too. My advice to you, would be to get to know her first. Meaning her personality. Avoid the questions about her job at first. Youll have plenty of time to hear all of the stories if you play your cards right.
What ive noticed about women in this profession, is that they age much faster (not physically, but mentally). So if shes 24, shes probably 35-40 mentally, in maturity. In her profession, shes objectified constantly, so do your best to avoid doing so. Dancers (most) are insensitive to this, so avoiding doing so, will show her the respect, and general interest you have in her as a person.
The age difference should NOT be a concern! A woman her age has been exposed to the 'fast lane' style of life for as long as shes been a dancer. It should not be suprising in the least that she would want to find and older, more mature, and established man for a serious relationship. Not a wild and crazy party that shes exposed to constantly.
Were in the same age range (im 37), and one man to another, i know the excitment of first dating a dancer. Its a shock, albeit a wonderful one. I remember feeling like I was dating a movie star. When you go out, every other guy is staring at you, thinking, 'that lucky bastard...' every other woman is thinking, 'slut...' it is an ego boost, but dating a dancer is not for men who get jealous easily!!!
Thats about all I can give you at this stage. PLEASE remember, youre dating a WOMAN not a stripper! That lil bit of advice can make or break this whole relationship!

Ok...this one Im qualified on...years ago in Miami, I hooked up with 2 roomates, both strippers...I mean..."exotic" dancers. I had relationships long term 1st with one them, the other for a bit.

Long story short? One day driving Northbound I-95, there is an overpass on the 76th street causeway. As I went over, I looked down and saw my current girlfriend-exotic-stripper-dancer's grey Trans-Am parked behind a Fire Station....

2 and 2 put together...and realizing what that implied...I immediately cut it off...before some doctor somewhere in Miami told me he was gonna have to cut mine off.....(before the world of AIDS...but "crabs" were abundant!).

My wife knows the story and thinks its pretty funny......but just run son...no good can come of this potential "relationship". Seriously...youll always be just one of many....not saying true love cant happen...but there is a difference between "love" and "lust" and "Honey? Baby needs some money!"

Ive been reading some of the other comments. Can you see the jealousy already brewing? Can you see how much everyone is down talking her, based on THEIR experiences, that have nothing to do with the woman in question. Its all prejudicial and envy. What could ANYONE know about her aside from what youve described?
Just because shes a dancer DOES NOT make her a slut, or a prostitute. It DOES NOT make her a gold digger. It DOES NOT mean shes unfaithful. Dont listen to a lot of them.

If almost losing your life was worth some sex and conversation that is you. My life has more meaning to me. If saying I have known more than a few strippers, as well as hostesses, and owners of strip clubs, and the strippers themselves have all told me anyone doing it more than a few months is banging for money is me judging then you are welcome to your opinion. I worked with two guys who both dated strippers. One of them was proud his gf quit stripping rather than sleep with guys and she never did it, and he would tease the other guy because he thought his gf never did it but she did.

Turns out the girl who quit only quit after having a lot of sex with guys at the club, and the one still working was doing it too, and their bf both thought their girls would never do that and never did. Both of them tried to have sex with me too for various reasons, I declined.
