No sh!t...

There is no jury in a FISA Court... and it is one sided, there is no defense! There is only a prosecution with evidence and a judge!

This evidence can be fabricated and nobody would be there to defend against that evidence. It's all total bullsh!t legal hogwash that is mostly there to convince the sheeple that the government is self governing, when in reality they are free to do whatever they want. They just pass crap through FISA court without a care, and then go home or to the golf course with a fat government paycheck.
