Why not post the whole interview with Tucker Carlson instead of a cut off transcript? I believe after he acknowledged that he was aware he said that he was going to negotiate it.

I think it's funny anti Trump folks are posted edited transcripts and clips of this interview, clips comedians talking about the interview but never the full thing. The "I know" is an acknowledgment that he is aware of what it's doing and then he says he's negotiating it.

Exactly and thank you! First of all ALL negotiations put things on the table that are intended to be taken off. Duh. As someone else stated MOW is funded through various sources and IMO private management of the program would do much, much better on the local level anyway.

I know....how about the obvious. Mr. Soros, Hollywood, athletes, and snowflakes could throw their $$ into meaningful programs and save MOW and the NEA (rather than inciting violence and idiocy with protests and hats) and more people get helped AND the democrat party actually emerges as the good guy in all of this.
