Could aliens connect to the internet from a distance

Been wondering about this. Would it be possible to access internet from a distance to earth without human hardware?

They do not have much of a sense of humor when it comes to nuclear weapons... When they decide to play with nukes they do not attempt to start wars quite the opposite in fact... When they are done fiddling around with them the materials are rendered useless...
