Oh I see.

Agree with this story or you're delusional?
Is that it.

Have fun with your thread, mate.

You are free to criticize the paper. You are free to criticize the NSA, but dismissing everything just means you are living in fantasy land.

Ironic.

This article is spun from a write up by a former NSA analyst.

The dirty on that.
www.theatlantic.com...

That anyalst is a critic of the NSA, becuase he no longer works for them.

But now this all equals Trump is scary. Ok, got it.

The NSA have contradicted themselves according to this story anyway;

"There's not much the Russians don't know at this point. "

So, why are they trying to hide things that they think the Russians already know?

It's just political trolling by the source article.

Why did you quote my post, when I didn't even mention Putin?

Because I don't mind most of Trump's policies. The wall - don't mind it. A nationalist agenda - don't mind it.

Cooperating with Putin, that sends off a big red flare.

And by the way, I could not care less about your feelings. The only thing that I'm concerned with are facts. The second Trump gets together with Putin on destroying Islamic terrorists, I have a feeling you will get a nervous break down.

Hated Hillary, can't stand the Saudis after what's come out about 9-11, so no, you're just imagining that I am a partisan hack like you. Not even close buddy.

Just love your "source"

The Independent - Wikipedia

until it was sold to Russian oligarch Alexander Lebedev in 2010

Nicknamed the Indy, it began as a broadsheet newspaper, but changed to tabloid (compact) format in 2003.

In an editorial on 27 January 2013, the Independent on Sunday referred to itself as a "proudly liberal newspaper"

I'm going to take anything they publish with a grain of salt.......

Maybe the Russians are better at spying then other countries .But when you have a inside source you can probably get more of the underacted stuff which just might be the case in this thread www.abovetopsecret.com...

warning ...no Russians found on this one .

As long as they don't let him near any big red buttons the world will be a better place.

As to withholding information well lets face it Trumps apt to tweet anything pertinent in the early hours of the morning, whether he understands the premise or not.

Wow thus story has so many holes it reminds me of the I9. So couple of quick questions how is a former anybody going to tell you what spies are doing currently. Are we to believe he called them and asked?? And there is the fact spies just send in reports withholding information will get them burned. The last thing any spy wants since there life is on the line not to mention the career they chose.

Then what person in the NSA is going to leak information to a 2 bit online rag?? Believe it or not that's still treason and the penalties are rather harsh.

I posted the same link prior to reading your post with the link ....At this point though I don't think we can over do it in pointing that thread out .This thread seems to be a dud but that other one got some legs .and real teeth.

Well, If the NSA told Trump everything they were investigating in their breifings, the person doing the breifing would need to be fired. What an idiotic thread, why would you tell someone you are investigating everything you are investigating. Of course they are not going to talk about an ongoing investigation with the guy they are investigating. It would render any decision they made worthless, whether it was innocent or guilty.

So Flynn is in trouble for a conversation. A conversation before he was even in office. However, a sitting president tells Russia he has more flexibility and no one bats an eye?

www.reuters.com...

President Barack Obama was caught on camera on Monday assuring outgoing Russian President Dmitry Medvedev that he will have "more flexibility" to deal with contentious issues like missile defense after the U.S. presidential election. Obama, during talks in Seoul, urged Moscow to give him "space" until after the November ballot, and Medvedev said he would relay the message to incoming Russian president Vladimir Putin. The unusually frank exchange came as Obama and Medvedev huddled together on the eve of a global nuclear security summit in the South Korean capital, unaware their words were being picked up by microphones as reporters were led into the room.

Didn't the NSA get the memo about these guys ?

www.abovetopsecret.com...

People never like the NSA before.

But when they go political.

Stick a fork in them they need to go.

Not as if they didn't need to go before hand.

well now..

I guess me clicking into this thread was not a complete waste of time after all.

How did I miss that thread?!!

This has just become ridiculous the amount of data I'm trying to keep up with.. It's like the corruption and lies are so so so big the people with fragile worlds won't and can't see it.. The lie that's too big to fail.

The source of the Independent quote is the New York Observer.

en.wikipedia.org...

Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner who now works in Trump's cabinet owns the paper.

The author of the piece is John R. Schindler.

John Schindler is a security expert and former National Security Agency analyst and counterintelligence officer. A specialist in espionage and terrorism, he's also been a Navy officer and a War College professor. He's published four books and is on Twitter at @20committee.
observer.com...

The level of disingenuous bullsh*t here is through the roof.

So an anonymous NSA insider gifted some info to a journal, owned by someone 'close to Trump' let's say, hoping that this tid-bit will 'escape' Trump's ears ...
*shakes head*

Regarding the hacking.

Be it those 3 or Seth Rich.

INSIDE JOB.

No doubt.

They can cry victim all they want. They can accuse all they want.

They can create 'anonymous' sources that make their case all they want.

Their victim card has been rejected.

I'm not sure what's worse, the fact that the NSA thinks it needs to withhold information from the President or that his supporters think it is fake news so they don't have to consider the implications of it being true.
