Black employees file class-action lawsuit against CNN, Turner

Former and current black employees on Tuesday filed a class action lawsuit against Atlanta-based CNN, Turner Broadcasting and New York based parent company Time Warner for racial discrimination.

“This discrimination represents a company-wide pattern and practice,” the lawsuit asserts, “rather than a series of isolated incidents.” He said the company has been discriminating against blacks for more than 20 years.

I'm not a fan of CNN, it's no secret. If this is found to be true, it would further damage a diminishing reputation of the network.

Having said that, in this day and age, this hypocrisy needs to be called out and put to an end. I wish these folks all the compensation they are deserved.

I wonder if Vann Jones would call this a blacklash?

Personally, I'm hoping to just sit back with some popcorn and enjoy Lady Karma do her thing. I truly despise CNN and wish them the strongest call back to reality.

I will say this. The person pictured won a very large employer discrimination lawsuit. In Georgia , this is almost unprecedented. The charges have to be virtually undeniably true
Now it is 30-40 (or more) filing a discrimination lawsuit against CNN . Along the same lines.

Reminds me of chemical Ali in the centre of Baghdad ,saying they was in control and the American army was tearing down the road behind him .

but as long as the lawyers get 90% or what ever bs gets served up what's it matter.
