yeah, having a degree doesn't make you a specialist in that. Working in the field and studying it does.

Thank you for this post. A young man gets it while many of us older people are still struggling.

Wow a kid who thinks that God is like the force from Star Wars, that's unique, never heard that before till now
Outside of Star Wars and Star Wars fans of course

No sour grapes or anything but, well, it's nothing new, just called new age and that's just old age stuff redecorated

I wonder if he believes in Jedi?

Hahaa. He said, if you replace the word god with the word universe then it all holds up to the standards of physics. This kid is just repeating some BS he heard from someone else. He said that people like him have been killed and persecuted in the past. The interviewer throws in a plug for his book he wrote about how jesus explains about everything science. And then i shut it off because i realised that this is just another jesus is awesome thread but with a kid who has been told how smart he is a few too many times.

If you change enough definitions jesus starts making sense. Is basically what he said. Way to go kid.

Yes....he's just a 13 year old kid....like everyone else.

By 13, I had already read the King James bible, then the Gideon New Testicles, Met God and realised he was just a figment of Human Brain imagination. Determined a Life Force, Designed a Saucer Spaceship, flying car and a paper plane, Written 20 songs, was a physicist, Futurist, Entreprenmanure, Artist, boy genius, that would save the World in the Future, with no Wars, or starvation, and invented my perpetual ELectromagnetic Infusion Space Modulator.......

Then I turned 14, I started to ride motorbikes, my voice Broke, I grew hair in strange places, I had dreams of naughty things, random erections and I discovered girls had BooBs!!

Damn........

This kid is in for a different ride, very soon......good luck kid.

14 minuites of waffle - if you disagree - please summarasie what he ACTUALLY says

oh - and for brevity - ommit the leading questions from the interviewer - they are just mutual mastrubation and confirmation of delusion

I'm pretty sure that he has never actually read the Bible. He seems instead to be talking about the crap that Hollywood puts out about the Bible (but hey, no-one pulls them up about it 'cause hardly anyone ever reads it anyway). If you are going to critique a literary work, you probably should read it, rather than only its reviews.

He's good at using buzz words but the way he uses them shows me that he really doesn't understand what he is saying. Again I get the feeling that his idea of science comes from childrens cartoons and gee-whiz "sciency" fluff entertainment.

And his 'free energy' device is just a rectifier, a capacitor and an antenna - we've known pretty much everything there is to know about electricity since James Clerk Maxwell's equations in the 1800's - Nothing to see here - and no free energy either.

edit on 25/9/2016 by chr0naut because: I'm also pretty sure I'd done all those things myself when I was five -then I found out how much I didn't know as I grew.

Look... I don't want to be... that guy... but what is any of what he has to say based on? He's a physicist? Does he have a degree in physics from somewhere? Nothing he said about 'god being energy' rather than a person or entity is anything I haven't heard before. It's nothing profound or new.

Agreed. Not only the kid has bags under his eyes (lack of sleep), he's worrying about being 'killed', looking around all the time, nervously.

Wait till your voice changes son, you're to young to conquer the world.

His theory about God being energy isn't new is it? I mean I've spoken about God being a living energy or sentient energy many times before. Not boasting or anything and trust me I'm about as far from a genius as you can ever reach but yh I thought it was a popular theory, in fact I'm sure I heard in a decade or so ago...Still if he can change the world then go for it, God knows the world needs a massive change.

The guy interviewing the kid is Richard Greene, a Communication Strategist. He wrote a book.

Strategy: get people to hear about his book on youtube. ka-cheeng!

Before buying his book, check out an article he wrote first to see if you want to spend money.

‘GOD’ for Atheists (and an Expanded, Scientific Definition of God for Everyone Else)

Loved the video and so refreshing to hear a kid talk sense.. make sense... and come to the conclusion at such a young age is amazing.

Nikola Tesla being his go to person he looks up to is refreshing too. The man was a genius and if he can be an inventor, physicist, someone who adds to society,.. who can actually contribute to the world.... so be it.

Thanks Honey! I found him inspiring. Kids his age, at least the ones I've known, are more into playing video games and with their phones. This kid is into deeper stuff and wants to make a difference in the world. Not saying he's the only one, but it's refreshing to see.
