I'm listening to BBC, and it just makes me laugh every time they say that the US does not support coups, while simultaneously trying to overthrow Assad...lol...

I'm with you - the hypocrisy of the west is stunning.

Sky now reporting more people shooting on the bridge(where ever that is).

To be honest it looks like a scene from the Division.

They're gonna tell us it was a fake coup with fake guns, and fake tanks, and fake grenades.

Jokes aside, as I'm watching this live feed on BBC from the bridge, I'm thinking to myself WTF are these people doing, marching straight to the gun shoots unarmed? I know they love that DOG, but honestly, just fall back and regroup

You have been living in one of the most peaceful times in human history. So everybody is kind of spoiled. However these sorts of things were real common before a couple decades ago.

The NEWS agencys would need to back track quite a bit to perpetrate something like that.

The Turkish military is unlikely to fire directly on unarmed protesters. Non lethal force when they can get it forward will be used but, it is possible to back off military units who would like only fire over heads etc. Now the second some of those supporter show up with guns, the military will mow them down. They are using the same tactics that worked in Egypt and Tunisia where the military would not shoot and hoping it does not go like Syria or Libya where party of the military did shoot.

Well a coup is not going to look good for that EU membership bid.

Debate here in Scotland is us asking "Is this the end of Europe due to the Muslim Lie"?
1.7 Billion Muslims on Earth, 1% of Islam is 1.7 Million people.
If ISIS had 1.7 Million radicals, WE WOULD ALL HAVE WAR IN OUR STREETS...

Every day we can expect this to get worse.
This could cause WWIII. We are on dangerous ground.

Mate, a think we`re already experiencing WWIII, just that the media, TPTB, etc don`t want to call it that yet.

Hope your pals are ok.

That's Erdogon's PM saying soldiers should not participate in the coup.

Ask anyone in the UK, or most. Certainly in Scotland.
Watching the BBC is like the World watching Fox News..

Lies and more lies...Nobody trusts the BBC News, they stand side to side with 'Thatcherism'

ISIS forces are trapped in and around Mosul and Raqqa they are not going anywhere. The only outside force of concern would be the PKK but, they tend to just hunker down during these things. It is likely the military vs police units loyal to the Government.
