So, he's being threatened by a mob, defends himself, with no one getting hurt, and he's charged? Where are the charges against the people moving in on him? Even the guy speaking to him says he needs to be safely escorted away. showing he was, in fact, in danger.

He was an agitator who was in a similar situation in the past. He went to that protest with 6 extended magazines of ammunition. Instead of walking away, he stood there egging it on the entire time trying to have a reason to be the next George Zimmerman. I'm sure this behavior will be one for the psychology books - seems to be becoming a trend. The next superstar unjustified shooter.

No, he was a reporter who they didn't like because he was white, and not "protesting" with them. He was clearly threatened, even in the video YOU posted in your OP. Carrying extra ammo isn't a crime, nor is it proof that he intended to "massacre" anyone. If that was his intent, he would have shot.
