The vid is quite damning, we needed some ground audio to match the fbi vid and lo and behold it shows what many of us expected it too.....

What I don't understand, is the guy propose them to escort him to the sherifs office. Aren't the sherifs an officer of law? I mean, they could have waited, no?

This must be the ONLY reason that the FBI is in trouble right now.

As a pre-emptive step on those who will post that LaVoy had a death wish, Ammon and LAaVoy spoke the prior day to influential leaders of "miltia groups who gave strong recommendations that do a lateral move to Sherrif Palmer's county John Day. The FBI had listened in on these phone conversations for certain...hence the well planned road blocks with drones and multiple ambush sites pre-positioned.

They were Oregon State police at both stops...with FBI possible so no sherriff around...especial Harney County sherriff "dodo bird".

Whats with all the trigger-happiness post-Finicums killing? I must have counted about 15+ shots over the course of that vid.

You can hear in the womans voice how terrorized she was during that post-killing ordeal.

This certainly puts the FBI under scrutiny because there appeared to me that just as many shots were fired after he was killed as there were shots fired before he was killed.

As I said in another thread, I hope some sort of justice can be afforded to the rule of law, especially when it appears that some FBI agents involved in the incident are now under investigation for their conduct in apprehending Finicum.

Pardon my ignorance, but isn't shooting at a vehicle fleeing without a threat of any harm....Illegal?

And when they shot at the windows while he got out with his hands up? Was that not Illegal also?

What part of the video shows damning evidence? I watched the whole thing and I may have missed it.

That is one tragic scene captured on film, a man died here everyone! someones father, and husband, and son. The cause he felt was worth his life ought to at least be heard in a court room. I do not care about any of the politics, there's a human element here.

Ugh. This is shaping up to be ugly. As much disdain as I have for the militia wingnuts and as much as I believe he should have just surrendered at the stop — I don't feel that the shots into the truck were justified and it appears that A) they came from the FBI agents involved who B) very likely conspired to cover it up. Which automatically puts into doubt anything they said. I'd be interested to see what the OSP officers said in their statements and if they played along with the FBI agents' stories or not.

It hasn't changed my mind about Finicum and friends' cause or their methods but it does give me some serious concerns about his death.

That is why I don't understand why the police didn't waited. That could have been worst, the bullets could have hit the little boy or the girl! The destination was set, and he was going in a place held by authorities. I just don't understant why they didn't went with him to the sherifs office, then arested him at this place. Why?

Any video editors who want to try to match up the audio from the cellphone video to the drone footage?

It looks like he's exiting and throwing his hands up at 5:30 on the cellphone video and 5:55 in this video:

In my completely half-ass analysis, it appears that the shots match up with him falling which occurs after he reaches across his chest. I don't hear any shots that would account for him reaching for a wound as I've seen suggested in other threads.

Maybe she hid the phone ? This is absolutely shocking and some true justice is called for. It will be interesting to see how long this video will remain available. m..f..ers
