They did?

I know Cheryl and Huma did send some from SD systems.

But nobody had the ones H sent all by herself.

You might want to post the ones you are referring to.

And are we ready to go after Condalisa Rice or Collin Powell as well? Or any other Secretary of State that used a private server that conducted state business, which had top secret information on such?

that ultimately is the point, to go after one person cause of party politics is not correct.

If I was asked to testify in a criminal case I would ask for immunity, cause the cops are there to get convictions, and will often use a persons words against them, even if they are innocent.

So the question, is what happens if there is nothing there and that this simply a go no where investigation that can not be proven in a court of law, then what? How many times are they going to drag this issue into the eye of the public? After all right now, after all of the hearings, after all of the searching and the rhetoric, it is ceasing to look like a criminal case and more like a witch hunt to take down one person.

Then there is the one small tiny detail that they have yet to explain, and this would be a sticking point in the law, if, and this is a big one, if by some strange means, they find her guilty, where do you put Hillary? They can not simply put her in prison, what all are they going to do, clear out the prison to house 1 person? As much as people would like that, the reality is that until the day she dies, she is entitled to have secret service protection.

Her iPhone is a server? She received secret messages on an iPad? Her BlackBerry? Not likely.
Are these other devices that everyone in Washington uses daily, and all of us for that matter, being investigated ? No.

Gowdys shame is glossed over .
Some still believe he had something and try to present it as fact even after Cummings response to his accusations.

It's the security of any material that is being investigated.

No the server had already been shown to never have been hacked. That's the latest leak if you want to keep asserting things the FBI hasn't said. This was leaked too.

Just the headline alone. Faced hacking? That's not hacked. It was never hacked.
Paglianos logs jived with what was in the hard drive. According to sources close to the investigation. ( to use a FOX verification method)

So where's the grand jury at on making that decision. Oh yeah they haven't convened one yet. You must know with your close association and all that the FBI can't bring any charges against her right? So where's the grand jury that's going to do that?
They didn't even want to subpoena for the IT's logs which would have required a grand jury. That is why Paglianos lawyer asked for and received immunity.

Great thread. S&F

A petition signed by the citizens say one million or more people to sign it. An online petition and presented to various federal departments, forget the white house......submitted to the House of Represenatives and Congress and if this is ignored by them don't forget that on election day.

I believe a signed petition will go much further than a group of people screaming.

... and is also being reviewed by DOJ lawyers which happens before a recommendation to the AG for prosecution / no prosecution. We are close to the end of this one.

She is the embodiment of everything wrong with this country, starting with zero accountability. I could at least respect her if she simply owned mistakes instead of giving a song and a dance about everything.

I need to stay out of the political forums, they make me angry. The fact that Killary is even HINTED at for President makes me red.

They don't have the emails there.
They do state that Colin Powell has two emails that were classified, and Condaleeza Rice had ten.
I don't think they were able to find where Powell or Rice were sending the information to their 'non-profit' foundations either.

Clinton, Rice and Powell all did 4 year stints as S-O-S, so what it shows is that two of them were more fastidious about how they handled classified materials.

What exactly do you call " ridiculous claims"?

Most, if not all, of the claims made against Clinton in threads like these are ridiculous. In previous conversations, you have admitted that we would have to have inside information to come to any real conclusion, yet you and many others jump to conclusions.

That is illogical and ridiculous.

SOS everyday.....

Her email server was allowed.

Her email server was legal despite the classified information that was found.

She never wrote a single classified email while SoS... everything she wrote was classified later by the big ole mean nasty republican conspiracy against her.

Do you have a point?

It's hard to respond to incoherent ramblings.

Man I can't wait to see the FBI briefing just so I can come on ATS to see Introvert posting about how he knew she was guilty all along...yada yada yada

I would not say any such thing. I don't know what's going to happen and neither do you. Why are you and others already claiming she is guilty when you do not have any inside information?

What will you say if the FBI briefing does not produce charges against Clinton and she is found innocent of any wrongdoing? You an others have put the cart way before the horse on this issue and have set yourself up to look like fools if no charges are filed. Just like Benghazi.

So it appears you have put yourself in a nasty position. You have put your entire reputation on the line for Hillary Clinton and a FBI investigation.

Considering that, I like the view from where I am standing.

How is this questionable ? It just reinforces that there is no criminal investigation going on. Otherwise her clearance would have been suspended.

More "current and former intelligence officials" ... who remain unnamed.
Fox has its own particular brand of politics doesn't it?
Get opinions from republicans who are on the war path against her, claim that these opinions somwhow reflect the actual investigation and provide conclusions to the situation based on these opinions. So tidy.
Because for the millionth time the FBI and the DOJ haven't said word one about what they are doing.
