Bison burgers with baked potatoes!!!

Just got home from work, and I am making that good stuff!!!

Bison burgers!! With baked potatoes, and not the regular taters, those great big taters.

I am going to dress the taters up with butter shredded sharp cheddar cheese and some A1 just to kick them off.

Right now I am enjoying a glass of wine, it is going to be beer with supper, and the movie Troy with my super hot lady, and our new puppy.

What are you guys doing for supper tonight?

Pictures! Please let there be pictures! And yes...that is an S at the end of the word pictureS. What is the difference between bison burger and beef? I'm curious. Smacznego! As for me...probably just a sandwich(es) with meat and cheese.

Alas I don't cook...but I remember finding that thread though. It made me want to cook, and starting May I'll have three months to do so. I even said to a member I'd make bread using their recipes, but failed to do so just yet...The thread also made me laugh...kept me up and hate everyone there for making me hungry and addicted and laughing!! Love it. One of the best threads, if not the best thread out there. And yes please do. I'd want to see a good burger and a bison burger., but is there much of a difference between beef and bison? I'm sure there is, but what.

Perhaps I could post some of my mom's cooking or convince her to make an account and post the delicious foods she makes. Especially desserts!

Bison is typically more lean so you need to be careful in the cooking process. I like to add extra hydrators when making bison burgers like minced onions, herbs or a dash of Worcestershire.

Hmm ok, I've never seen bison on sale. Not common in NYC I suppose. Makes sense.

Fairway and Dags usually has it. You can get it in many places in Manhattan.

That sounds excellent! I love bison meat. It's much better than beef.
