Northrup releases a 6th Gen teaser

Apologies if this had already been posted, I didn't have time to check over.

Northrup released a video and pictures of what it's 6th gen fighter may look like, it looks supprisingly similar to what Steve Douglass photographed over Amirillo.

So what I take from the video is all the really cool stuff they are showing is already here and the next thing is like...wow?

Im sure it's going to have the internet buzzing while rumours that 6th will be invisible, there's two shots that should have included an aircraft but purposely didn't.

As if these forums didn't tease me enough as to what's out there and what's in the planning. I only noticed the one shot at the end where the crowd is facing the camera applauding but you don't see what they are looking at, so so sneaky

As already has been mentioned prolly already in the works. If they are willing to reveal this imagine what they're working on that they don't want you to see.

Fly by wire has certainly come a long ways in influencing design.....

Did anyone else notice how horribly warped and bent and buckled the skin was on the first airframe? What a complete error on their part to show such a shoddy built airframe.

Anyone notice the shadow on the floor in the last shot?

Looks like the rounded top that the aircraft under the white sheet had in last year's commercial.

Shouldn't be much longer before the protest is decided.

Should the decision be upheld how long before the show? Reveal would be a full-size mockup I presume.

One thing I can say is it looks like Northrop got a better marketing and Ad agency to do their PR. This commercial is far better than their last one.

It's interesting how similar, minus some details on the trailing edge, how similar the Northrop 6th Gen looks to Texas at least superficially.

My gut feeling is not till the end of this year to early 2017.

GAO decision on the protest is due Feb 16. I can only hope this means NG is going to show us something soon thereafter, assuming the protest fails.

Such teasing.

I like the look of the cranked kite fighters though.

On what date does that protest end? Feb 16? More or less?
