I'm torn between Swamp Thing and Ghost Rider.
Here's something cool for you. There's a site that has all kinds of fictional comic book covers. I did a thread on it but it went nowhere. Anywho, it has a lot of cool match ups.
For example: Superman VS Darth Vader, Wonder Woman VS Conan, Hellboy and Captain America, and all kinds of others.

I was all about 'Swamp Thing' and 'Mad' magazine when I was kid. X-men grabbed me for a while. I still have a huge collection stored in a large metal box.

Spawn, predator, and the toxic avenger!

Cap'n Hand, from the Beezer.
He was the pint-sized captain of a pirate ship with a very mutinous crew.
Every week, they would conspire to get rid of him ("He's got to go!").
Every week he would frustrate their plans, and would announce the fact with the superb slogan;
"I'm cap'n of this ship, ye dogs, and don't ye forget it!"
I've always wanted to use that slogan.

Superman is too OP for me, is that wired when we are talking about Superheroes.

I mean really unless you have a super-rare rock he is pretty much unbeatable isn't he so long as the sun is still burning.

I like a hero who can be beaten or is really messed up and dark, batman kind of fits both of those.

I'm a Batman. Husband is a Spider-Man. Son is an Ironman.

Not sure how those super-genetics work out.
