You make a very good point.......and the Israelis cleaned this dirty waste and planted trees and gardens and once the Palestines saw this they became jealous and started making demands to return it to them and since then the fight started....actually after Joshua took the land from the idol worshipping Canaanites in the name of Yahweh.

It's a good start, but what about the other side? I agree with everything you just said. Good stuff, but you forgot the Israeli side.
Stop telling your kids that they are genetically superior to Palestinians
Stop building settlements on internationally agreed upon Palestinian land
Stop teaching kids to discriminate against Palestinian kids
Turn on the water and power and send over some medical supplies once in a while
Stop burning palestinians alive
Stop blowing up UN hospitals
and stop dancing in the streets when palestinian children die.
Try having a diplomatic summit or meeting or even a phone call
stop trying to block all diplomatic avenues for peace
hows that for a start?

The palestinians have a debt of 1.5 Billion Shekels to the IEC (Israel Electric Corporation) because they are receiving electricity for free or are refusing to pay the bill even though they have plenty of cash, this was back in May, I'm sure the debt is even higher now but the electricity keeps flowing.

if any Israeli citizen is late on his electric bill the power is cut Immediately.
