Anything and everything that I post I have gotten from the
Sheriff's department themselves.
I had to look through numerous disks to find particular
photos that show facts that go against what the sheriff's
depart said in their final report.
There is more than one photo that will show a sheet on the
ground. I want to assure you, that IS NOT, I repeat, IS NOT
my daughters body.
Pictures of my daughters white coat hanging on the guardrail.
Look closely under the coat and you will see a black top also
hanging. Under her top was her bra. Notice that the sleeves
of the coat are not turned inside out and how the clothing is
in reverse order of how it should be laying if it was torn
from her body as the Sheriff's department claims.
they stated that she was lifted from her seat, went sideways
out of her passenger window and her body drug the guardrail
and tore her clothing off. They also stated that there was
not one drop of blood or so much as a single clothing fiber
on any of the broken glass around that window.
...
I believe my daughters body was not laying and tumbling on
her car, as the sheriff's department told us. But actually
was drug across the road.
You will see a several photos of her car in a garage. My
daughters car was taken to a maintanence garage to be
processed. Not a "secure" place, but a "maintanence" garage.
...
They said that her body flipped into the air and landed on
the hood of her car, went end to end and landed on the trunk.
...
You will see a grey ankle boot. That is what they claim my
daughter was wearing and the impact of her car striking the
guardrail and her going out the window, tore her ankle boots
off.
...
The sheriff's department claims that her passenger window
shattered on impact. BUT, altho there was broken glass on the
drivers side, lab results said there was NO broken glass on
my daughters clothes nor in her hair that was sent to the
lab.
...
one of the people being suspected of that night has a
keychain of Jaleayah’s that I had bought for Jaleayah that
she had on her key ring before she had left that evening. The
person who has this, she (should be all the clue as to who
I’m referring to) has it on her wristlet carrying it around
flaunting it to people. Once I had said something on Twitter
about it, people were messeging me left and right saying how
they have seen it. One source said she told her Jaleayah gave
it to her, and another source had said she told them Jaleayah
left it at her house. Lying, constantly lying, and this #
will catch up with her. She’ll get so caught up in her lies
that she tells on herself.
A Marietta woman will spend six months in jail after making
false reports to police about the death of Jaleayah Davis.
Ember Stafford pleaded guilty on Thursday to filing a false
report.
She told police she saw Jaleayah the night of her death and
witnessed the accident. In her report, she says another car
forced Jaleayah's off the road, causing the wreck.
After police spent over 30 hours investigating the claims,
Stafford admitted to lying about the whole thing.
