Apple reinstated the game and clarified their policy. They don't want the confederate flag prominately displayed.

Unreal... it's sickeningly brilliant. Upset a lot of people to cater to their base crowd by removing the games in a rash decision. Then cater to the opposite end of the spectrum by softening their stance and appearing tolerant of the other side.

That's the very definition of playing both sides to achieve an end goal.

I see it more as a knee jerk reaction based on ignorance of US history.

At the end of the civil war the first song lincoln had the band play was dixie.
