It's not just ATS or the internet, it seems to be a trend in news reportage. They love to scare us, don't they?

Take the IPCC, for instance - astonishing the nonsense they predict. The thing is, no one will notice if they are wrong, but if they predict something that comes true they'll say, "Told you!".

If you want MSM sources go read Yahoo news. I really don't understand what people expect from a conspiracy site these days, the mentality now is if it's not on MSM then it's not true. Some "people" on here claim to be Star Children, Psychics, Witch's, RVers, among many other things, Do I believe all of them (no), but I will give them the benefit of doubt and read what they have posted. I came here for bigfoot, aliens, Ghost, and all the NWO stuff, but now it seem like most people want a Facebook like atmosphere mixed in with politics.

I get what you are saying.I really do.But I love doom porn,I just love it.I know nothing will come out of it(99% of time),but I can never pass a good doom porn thread.I use those threads to tone down the blacks vs white,democrats vs republicans,liberals vs progressive,pro guns vs gun grabbers,police vs citizens,USA vs Russia,Israel vs muslim world rhetoric.

Plus you need to understand,its summer and. well kids are out from school....

Maybe he was referring to the amount of money spent on things unbeknownst to us? Many billions, if not trillions, dumped into military black projects over the years. They're either:

1) preparing for impending disaster they cannot avoid.

OR

2) making preparations to set into motion the final phase of some grand plan.

They wouldn't be building D.U.M.B.S without a reason. The elites tend to not waste their money on fruitless things.

It is a nice path away from all the political threads on here. It just scares me quite a bit. I really should look at it as good fiction. I always think.....what if this is the thing that really does happen? We're all screwed! Then I open a bottle of wine and tell myself to stop reading all this doom porn, or laugh at it instead of obsessing about the source it came from.

My favorite things on here are the talk on UFO's. For some reason, even the abduction stories don't scare me.

This is why I don't watch movies like San Andreas. My hubby loves disaster movies and doom porn. I keep telling him to get an account on here. He would have a field day with the disaster threads.
